影響南投縣中高齡者培養第二專長意向相關因素之研究

概要:	為促進45歲以上民眾就業，中高齡者及高齡者就業促進法在台灣於2020年12月4日起實施，期望活化中高齡者之人力運用，鼓勵中高齡者繼續保有工作狀態以及促進產業發展。本研究目的係為了解南投縣中高齡培養第二專長的意向，以計畫行為理論為基礎，再增加經濟需求以及自我實現的構面，探討影響南投縣45歲以上培養第二專長的行為意向之因素，並以便利取樣的問卷調查法，回收407份問卷，其中有效問卷為403份。研究結果發現中高齡者培養第二專長的「態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」、「經濟需求」、「自我實現」與培養第二專長行為意向皆呈現顯著正相關。依據多元迴歸分析結果，影響中高齡者培養第二專長的行為意向最高者為「知覺行為控制」，其次為「自我實現」；顯示45歲以上培養第二專長的行為意向，受個人培養第二專長行為時所需能力的自我評估影響最大；而對於培養第二專長能使個人能力充分發揮的重要程度越高，則採取培養第二專長的意向也愈高。而「經濟需求」對培養第二專長也有顯著的正向影響。建議相關政府機關可以加強宣導培養第二專長資訊與相關補助方案，以增進中高齡者人力資源完善運用。

It is expected to activate the manpower utilization of the middle-aged and the elderly, encourage them to continue to work and promote industrial development. The purpose of this research is to understand the intention of the middle-aged and elderly people in Nantou County to cultivate the second specialty. Based on the theory of planned behavior, and adding the dimensions of economic needs and self-actualization, to explore the behavioral intention that affects the cultivation of the second specialty of the middle-aged and elderly people in Nantou County. 407 questionnaires were recovered, of which 403 were valid questionnaires. The results of the study found that the "attitude", "subjective norm", "perceived behavioral control", "economic needs" and "self-actualization" of the middle-aged and elderly people were significantly positively correlated with the behavioral intention of developing the second specialty. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, the behavioral intention that affects the development of the second specialty among the middle-aged and elderly people is the highest, "perceived behavioral control", followed by "self-actualization". The self-assessment of the ability required for the specialization behavior has the greatest impact; and the more important it is that the development of the second specialization can fully exert one's ability, the higher the intention to take the development of the second specialization. And "economic demand" also has a significant positive impact on the cultivation of second expertise. It is suggested that relevant government agencies can strengthen publicity and training of second expertise information and related subsidy programs, so as to improve the use of human resources for middle-aged and elderly people.
