摘要註:	本研究以茶藝休閒體驗參與者休閒效益與休閒滿意度為研究主題，主要目的在於探討不同背景的茶藝休閒體驗參與者的參與現況、休閒效益、休閒滿意度及其關係。本研究採立意抽樣之問卷調查法針對茶藝休閒體驗參與者為研究對象發出400份問卷，回收有效問卷400份，有效問卷回收率100%。進而以SPSS20.0進行資料分析，包括描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé法事後比較、皮爾森積差相關係數及迴歸分析。研究結果顯示參與者以本國籍居住於中部地區、收入在20,001~30,000元、具專科/大學之服務業且41-50歲已婚女性居多，而認為茶藝休閒體驗很有趣與朋友一起且參與頻率以其他及體驗時間在1-2個小時者為最多。其次，休閒效益在性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、個人月收入、參與頻率等人口背景變項沒有差異存在，但在婚姻、居住區域及體驗時間有差異存在。以及，休閒滿意度在性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、個人月收入、參與頻率等人口背景變項亦沒有差異存在，但在婚姻、居住區域、體驗時間上亦有差異存在。最後，休閒效益與休閒滿意度呈現顯著正相關，且休閒效益對休閒滿意度具99.7%的解釋變異量，休閒效益愈高，休閒滿意度愈高，顯示休閒效益對休閒滿意度有顯著正向影響。本研究結果可以提供政府觀光相關單位或其他機關團體在導入茶藝休閒體驗活動時，在相關政策之制定或休閒體驗活動規劃時之參考。

This research adopts the questionnaire survey method of purposive sampling and sends out 400 questionnaires to the participants. 400 valid questionnaires were returned, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 100%. SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffé test for post hoc comparisons, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. The results of the study found that the participants in the leisure experience of tea art were female, married, 41-50 years old, from university and college, service industry, had a personal monthly income of NT$20,001-30,000, and live in central Taiwan, most of them are native nationality. The frequency of participating in the leisure experience of tea art is other, the experience duration is one to two hours, and participation with friends, the factors involved in the leisure experience are that the leisure experience of tea art is very interesting in the majority. Secondly, there are no differences exist in the demographic variables of leisure benefits such as gender, age, education, occupation, personal monthly income, and participation frequency, but there are differences exist in marriage, living area, and experience duration time. In addition, there are no differences exist in demographic variables such as gender, age, education, occupation, personal monthly income, and participation frequency in leisure satisfaction also, but there are differences exist in marriage, living area, and experience duration time. Finally, there is a significant positive correlation between "leisure benefit" and "leisure satisfaction ", and leisure benefit has a 99.7% explained variance for leisure satisfaction. The higher the leisure benefit, the higher the leisure satisfaction, indicating that the leisure benefit has a significant positive impact on leisure satisfaction.
