摘要註:	本研究旨在探討Covid-19疫情時期旅行社員工工作壓力、社會支持及離職傾向的現況關係，並分析不同背景變項對之工作壓力、社會支持及離職傾向之差異情形。本研究以旅行社員工為研究對象，以工作壓力、社會支持及離職傾向量表為研究工具，採用問卷調查法共計發放400份問卷，獲得有效問卷390份，有效問卷率97.5%。以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方式進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、在背景變項中性別以「女性」、年齡以「30歲以下」、年資以「1-5年」、學歷以「大學（專）」、職務以「導遊領隊」及所得以「30,000元以下」為最多。二、就現況來看，工作壓力、休閒活動參與與身心健康得分都高於中間值3分以上。三、背景變項中的年齡」、「年資」、「職務」及「所得」會在工作壓力造成顯著之差異。而「年齡」與「年資」會對社會支持與離職傾向上造成顯著之影響。四、工作壓力與社會支持具有部分顯著相關，而工作壓力與社會支持皆達顯著相關，社會支持與離職傾向則達部分顯著之相關。

This research takes travel agency employees as the research object, and uses the work stress, social support and turnover intention scale as the research tool. A total of 400 questionnaires are distributed by the questionnaire method, and 390 valid questionnaires are obtained, with an effective questionnaire rate of 97.5%. For descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The results of the research are as follows: 1. In the consumer background variables, seniority is "1-5 years", education is "university (specialist)", job is "tour guide", and the income is "below 30,000 yuan". 2. As far as the current situation is concerned, the scores of work stress, participation in leisure activities and physical and mental health are all higher than the median value by more than 3 points. 3. "Age", "Seniority", "Job" and "Income" in the background variables will cause significant differences in work pressure. And "age" and "seniority" will have a significant impact on social support and turnover intention. 4. There is a significant correlation between work stress and social support, while both work stress and social support are significantly related, and social support and turnover intention are partially significantly related. This study puts forward relevant suggestions for its research results as a reference.
