概要:	在製造業中，生產技術是製造業中最重要的部門。為維持對設備運作之生產順暢，生產技術扮演產品製造重要之改革工程，其最終的目的是強化經營體質。無論經營環境如何變化，企業要繼續經營，產品製造改革的工程是不可缺的。商品由開發至供給顧客使用，需要各相關部門互相協調、結合開發、製造並銷售，使企業經營力增強。生產技術的使命是要做好產品製造的創新，以貢獻企業營運績效，企業經營績效更需在擁有消費市場支持下，才能得到更好利潤。本研究以A公司之生產技術部門為例，探討所生產之產品流程缺失與效率之提升，以研究者於A公司之資歷結合理論與實務之經驗，以公司自動化生產產品(喇叭)為例，考慮生產方法與速率，品質提升，降低成本增加產量及滿足客戶需求，研究結果期能提供業界及學界具價值之參考，本研究具有實務應用價值。

In order to maintain the smooth production of equipment operation, production technology plays an important role in the reform of product manufacturing, and its ultimate goal is to strengthen the management system. No matter how the business environment changes, the project of product manufacturing reform is indispensable for enterprises to continue to operate. The mission of production technology is to do a good job in product manufacturing innovation to contribute to the business performance of the enterprise. The business performance of the enterprise needs to be supported by the consumer market in order to obtain better profits.This study takes the production technology department of A Company as an example to discuss the new product development processes and efficiency improvement of innovation and R&D. The researcher's qualifications in a manufacturer combines theoretical and practical experience with the company's automated production of products (speakers) as an example. Production methods and rates, quality improvement, cost reduction, and meeting customer needs, the research results will provide valuable reference for the industry and academia.
