摘要註:	本研究旨在探討中高齡者社會參與情形和生活品質狀況之關係及不同背景變項間的差異情形，並探討彼此間的關係。為達到研究目的，採用問卷調查法進行研究，根據問卷填答結果，以獨立樣本ｔ考驗、單因子變異數分析、相關性分析相關等方法進行資料處理。本研究之施測對象為中高齡者，有效問卷為285份。根據資料分析結果，本研究結論如下：1. 受試者健康狀況愈佳，生活品質相對較為良好。2. 受試者社會參與和生活品質呈現顯著正相關。3. 受試者的社會參與能有效解釋生活品質，對生活品質有顯著的預測力。最後，研究者根據研究結論，提出相關建議，提供政府機關及未來研究者參考。

In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the questionnaire survey method was used for this study, and according to the results of the questionnaire, the data were processed by independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and other methods. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used to collect empirical data as the basis for analysis and discussion based on 285 valid questionnaires. According to the data analysis results, the results were as follows: 1. The better the health status of the subjects, the better the quality of life. 2. The social participation of the subjects and the quality of life were significantly positively correlated. 3. The subjects' social participation could effectively explain the quality of life, and had significant predictive power on the quality of life.Finally, according to the results, the researcher put forward relevant suggestions for reference by government agencies and future researchers..
