摘要註:	閱讀是普遍認知中對生活很重要的一項休閒活動，對中高齡長者而言，參與閱讀行為能有助於社交活動和預防失智症，對身心健康老化具有實際效益，然而對於閱讀的推廣與研究多集中在幼童和中小學生，或是概略的普眾廣泛式研究，閱讀對於中高齡者的相關研究相對缺乏，值得再進行深入的中高齡者閱讀行為研究，其中數位閱讀是近年來新興的閱讀方式，利用電腦、平板或手機進行網路閱讀行為，其對於相關數位閱讀方式的態度、想法及行為，以及先前的紙本閱讀行為經驗，都對閱讀行為有相關性。因而研究者利用整合性科技接受模式做為研究架構基礎，以台中地區45歲以上中高齡者為對象進行問卷調查分析，總計發出網路問卷396份，有效回收樣本數396份。透過信度分析、樣本檢定、變異數分析、多元迴歸分析，得到研究結果：從相關分析資料顯示，績效預期、易用預期、社群影響、助益條件、數位閱讀意向與行為各構面間皆存在中度以上正相關，而多元迴歸係數分析結果顯露對台中市中高齡者數位閱讀意向產生最高作用者為「社群影響」，中高齡者數位閱讀的意向受個人社群態度作用最大，易用預期次之，影響力最低的則為績效預期。

For middle-aged and elderly people, reading can help social activities and prevent dementia, and has practical benefits for physical and mental health and aging. However, the promotion of reading compared with researches mostly focused on young children, students, or general broad-based research, there is a relatively lack of relevant research on reading for middle-aged and elderly people. It is worth conducting in-depth research on reading behavior of middle-aged and elderly people. Among them, digital reading is an emerging reading method in recent years. Using computers, tablets or mobile phones for online reading behaviors, their attitudes, thoughts and behaviors about related digital reading methods are all related to reading behaviors. Therefore, this research constructs the structure based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, and conducts a questionnaire survey on middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old in Taichung area. A total of 396 online questionnaires were distributed, and 396 valid samples were recovered. Research results: According to the relevant analysis data, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, digital reading intentions and behaviors are all positively correlated with moderate or above. The results of multiple regression coefficient analysis show that the highest influence on the digital reading intention of middle-aged and elderly people is " Social Influence ". It shows that the digital reading intention of middle-aged and elderly people is most influenced by personal community attitudes, followed by Effort Expectancy, and Performance Expectancy is the least influential.
