摘要註:	根據統計台灣65歲以上人口數，在2022年增加了408萬人，老年人中約每13人中存在1位失智者，而80歲以上的老人則約每5人中存在1位失智者，顯見失智症成為未來長期照護面臨的重要挑戰。本研究主要目的在國民小學中高年級認識失智症教材編製，幫助兒童認識失智症，並增強其在失智症預防、早期發現和照護方面的能力，本研究採用參與式觀察法、問卷調查法及焦點團體訪談法，以南投縣某國小中高年級16位學童為研究對象。研究過程包括失智症教材教學前測表，讓學生在體驗教材過程中參與討論教學及學習後進行評估，以評估教材對學生的教學成果。同時，也收集了受訪者對教材的意見回饋，做為修改失智教材之參考。研究結果顯示：（1）前測結果顯示，有87.5%的中高年級學生聽過失智症，但對於失智症的知識和照護概念不足；（2）教材確實有效提升兒童對失智症的認知、預防和照護能力。(3)增加兒童對失智症的認識和培養他們對失智症的關注意識具有顯著幫助。建議教育部編制適當的兒童失智症教材，並儘早將其納入課程教學或活動中。

Among the elderly, there will be one dementia in every 13 people, and there will be one dementia in every five people over the age of 80, it is obvious that dementia has become an important challenge for long-term care in the future. The main purpose of this study is to compile dementia teaching materials for middle and high grades in national primary schools, help children understand dementia, and enhance their ability in dementia prevention, early detection and care. This study uses participatory observation and questionnaire survey Method and focus group interview method, taking 16 middle school and upper grade students from a certain elementary school in Nantou County as the research objects. The research process includes a pre-test form for the teaching of dementia teaching materials, allowing students to participate in the discussion of teaching and evaluation after experiencing the teaching materials in the process of experiencing the teaching materials, so as to evaluate the teaching results of the teaching materials for students. At the same time, feedback from the interviewees on the teaching materials was collected as a reference for revising the teaching materials for dementia. The results of the study showed: (1) The pre-test results showed that 87.5% of middle and senior students had heard about dementia, but their knowledge and concept of care for dementia were insufficient; (2) The teaching materials did effectively improve children's awareness of dementia, prevention and care capabilities. (3) Increasing children's awareness of dementia and cultivating their awareness of dementia is significantly helpful. It is recommended that the Ministry of Education compile appropriate children's dementia teaching materials and incorporate them into curriculum teaching or activities as soon as possible.
