Summary:	台灣將於2025年進入超高齡社會，失能個案逐年增加，使得長期照顧服務需求量大，而居家照顧服務員在個案照顧服務扮演重要的角色，居家照顧服務員除實際提供照顧服務外，需要準備的服務紀錄亦繁多，然隨著資訊科技進步，仁寶公司開發的「仁寶i照護App」提供居家照顧服務員簡單的工作流程設計，可有效降低行政作業錯誤率，提升照護品質，是目前市佔率最高的居家照顧軟體。本研究目的運用科技接受模式探討南投縣居家照顧服務員對「仁寶i照護App」使用意向，採用問卷調查法，總共回收202份問卷，以SPSS 20.0軟體進行統計分析。研究結果顯示居家照顧服務員對於「仁寶i照護App」的認知有用性、認知易用性、態度與使用意向趨向同意程度；相關性分析發現認知有用性、認知易用性、態度與使用意向構面間皆呈現高度正相關；多元迴歸分析顯示影響居家照顧服務員對使用「仁寶i照護App」的行為意向最高者為態度，其次為認知有用性與認知易用性；建議服務單位於職前訓練提供App操作指引教學，先讓居家照顧服務員熟悉操作方式，並了解對工作的效能，將有助提昇App使用意向。
