摘要註:	2025年台灣將進入超高齡社會，如何讓長者持續貢獻專長，積極社會參與且維持身心靈健康，達到活躍老化，這是一個重要的課題。本研究旨在探究高齡者尋求自我實現的過程，並透過一位從事廣播節目主持已屆耄耋之年仍堅守崗位的高齡者的生命故事，了解其生命歷程的變化與成長。本研究使用質性研究法，以半結構式訪談大綱進行深度訪談，並透過訪談資料的分析，研究結果顯示：一、40年代出生的老人經過戰爭洗禮凡事憑著不屈不撓的精神。二、為圓廣播夢，毛遂自薦，成就一生志業。三、在退而不休的過程中，積極自我充實，取得哲學碩士學位。四、在面對老年照顧失智先生的挑戰時，曾經心力交瘁，但靠著兒子和外勞的協助，減輕照顧壓力。五、82歲榮獲第二屆影視廳傑出工作者年度最佳廣播主持人獎，高齡仍活躍於社團，跨足藝文界，成功地實現自我。本研究透過記錄研究對象的生命故事，強調年齡只是數字，而高齡者可以透過培養興趣和發揮自己的價值，從中獲得滿足感，並彰顯活躍老化的動力。本研究可做為高齡者活躍老化的典範，並鼓勵長輩享受多采多姿的樂齡生活。

The purpose of this study is to explore the process of the elderly seeking self-realization, and to understand the changes and growth of their life course through the life story of an elderly person who is an octogenarian and still sticks to her job as a hostess of a radio program. This study uses qualitative research method, conducts in-depth interviews with a semi-structured interview outline, and analyzes the interview data. The research results show that: 1. The old people born in the 1930s have been baptized by war with indomitable spirit in everything. 2. In order to fulfill the dream of broadcasting, she recommended herself and achieved her career in life. 3. In the process of retiring, actively enrich herself and obtain a master's degree in philosophy. 4. When faced with the challenge of taking care of a demented husband in the elderly, she was physically and mentally exhausted, but with the help of her son and foreign workers, she successfully transformed the predicament. 5. At the age of 82, she won the Best Broadcast Host Award of the 2nd Outstanding Worker of the Film and Television Department. She is still active in the community at an advanced age, crossing the art and literature circles and successfully realizing herself. By recording the life stories of the research subjects, this study emphasizes that age is just a number, and that the elderly can gain satisfaction from cultivating interests and exerting their own value, and demonstrate the motivation of active aging. This study can be used as a benchmark for the active aging of the elderly and encourage the elders to enjoy a colorful senior life..
