摘要註:	本研究旨在探討原住民休閒文化、休閒生活型態與生活品質影響，透過質量化研究探討南投縣信義鄉羅娜部落休閒文化發展脈絡，以及探討不同背景變項之休閒文化、休閒生活型態與生活品質之差異情形。本研究對南投縣信義鄉羅娜部落休閒文化做深度訪談，透過訪談紀錄之分析對資料進行編碼，瞭解羅娜部落休閒文化發展脈絡。本研究採用半結構式訪談法，共訪問七位羅娜部落社會工作推行事務者，並將訪談者進行人員編碼，利用錄音方式記錄訪談者與研究者間對話，隨後將錄音檔經過訪談者同意轉成逐字稿做整理，質性訪談採取三角檢定，主要利用訪談所收集到的資料以及對於休閒文化議題有深入研究之學者專家，來檢驗研究發現的一致性，試圖從羅娜部落社會工作推行事務者對於羅娜部落原住民日常休閒生活經驗觀察中，瞭解羅娜部落從以前到現在休閒文化的脈絡發展，質性結果資料分析結果如下:隨時間、科技及交通的進步，現今為部落原住民較重視休閒活動，休閒活動從以前的球類活動、上教會及傳統技藝活動到現在多了露營、旅遊等活動，休閒資訊也從部落統一廣播到現在一人一機採自主性搜尋或群組發放資訊，休閒設施資源從學校到現在多了排球場、親子公園等設施供部落原住民做使用，在設施及資訊皆在更新的情況下，許多受訪者認為部落原住民對於休閒一詞皆尚未瞭解，而無法對於日常空閒時間進行休閒規劃及安排，因此將透過本研究給予建議。另外採問卷調查法為資料蒐集工具，以南投縣信義鄉羅娜村之原住民為對象選所需樣本。採取立意抽樣以Google線上問卷的形式發放，共計回收250份問卷，剔除無效問卷7份，有效問卷243份，有效回收率達97%。所得資料經過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與多元逐步回歸分析進行資料分析，結果如下：南投縣信義鄉羅娜部落原住民以女性、已婚、年齡介於21-30歲、教育程度以大學(含專科)、職業為服務業、每月薪資所得以20,001-40,000元、每周從事休閒活動時間為一星期一次及休憩社交類的休閒活動型態居多數；南投縣信義鄉羅娜部落原住民個人背景變項對休閒文化、休閒生活型態與生活品質皆有部份顯著影響；南投縣信義鄉羅娜部落原住民休閒生活型態之「活動」、「興趣」、「意見」可有效預測生活品質。最後根據研究結果，提出實務之策略及建議。

Through mixed-methods research, this study examines the development of leisure culture within the Luluna tribe and the differences in leisure culture, leisure lifestyle, and quality of life among various demographic variables. In-depth interviews were conducted to understand the development trajectory of leisure culture in the Luluna tribe, with data being coded and analyzed from interview records. Semi-structured interviews were employed, involving seven social work practitioners from the Luluna tribe. Interviewees were coded, and their conversations with the researcher were recorded and transcribed with consent for detailed analysis. Triangulation was used in qualitative interviews to ensure the consistency of findings, drawing on data collected from interviews and insights from scholars deeply involved in leisure culture studies. This approach aimed to understand the evolution of leisure culture in the Luluna tribe from past to present through observations of daily leisure life experiences by social work practitioners. Qualitative data analysis revealed that with advancements in time, technology, and transportation, leisure activities have become increasingly important to the tribe's residents. Activities have evolved from traditional sports, church attendance, and craft skills to include modern pastimes such as camping and traveling. Information about leisure activities has shifted from tribe-wide broadcasts to individual searches or group sharing via personal devices. Leisure facilities have expanded from schools to include volleyball courts and family parks. Despite these advancements, many respondents felt that the concept of leisure is not well understood within the tribe, leading to difficulties in planning and arranging free time. This study aims to offer suggestions based on these findings. Additionally, a survey method was used for data collection, targeting the aboriginal population of the Luluna Village. Purposive sampling and Google Forms were used to distribute surveys, with 250 questionnaires collected, 7 discarded as invalid, resulting in 243 valid responses and a 97% response rate. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that the aboriginal residents of the Luluna tribe are predominantly female, married, aged 21-30, with a university-level education (including vocational training), employed in the service sector, earning a monthly salary of 20,001-40,000 NTD, and engaging in leisure activities once a week, mainly in rest and social interaction. Personal background variables of the Luluna tribe's residents significantly impact leisure culture, leisure lifestyle, and quality of life. The 'activities', 'interests', and 'opinions' associated with the leisure lifestyle of the Luluna tribe's residents can effectively predict quality of life. Based on these findings, the study proposes practical strategies and recommendations.
