摘要註:	在偏鄉地區，中高齡人口面臨著在地醫療照護缺乏的挑戰，尤其在交通不便且醫療資源有限的情況下，就醫過程需要較高時間成本。為了解決這個問題，我國實施偏鄉遠距醫療政策，以提高偏鄉中高齡居民使用遠距醫療的意向。本研究目的係運用計畫行為理論，以南投縣信義鄉45歲以上居民為研究對象，採用SPSS 22.0 for Windows 統計軟體進行問卷調查分析法，探討偏鄉中高齡居民遠距醫療的使用意向與影響因素，總計回收405份有效問卷，研究結果顯示，70.5%受訪者聽過遠距醫療，但僅有29.5%受訪者實際使用過，顯示偏鄉中高齡者對於遠距醫療的採用意願相對較低。另受訪者對於遠距醫療的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、信任感以及可近性皆呈現正向傾向，而教育程度較低者反而更能接受並表達遠距醫療使用意向。而偏鄉中高齡者使用遠距醫療行為意向受到態度、知覺行為控制、信任感以及可近性的具顯著正向影響，其中「信任感」及「可近性」是最高的影響因素。本研究建議提供遠距醫療服務的機構應致力於建立個人對遠距醫療服務的信任感，同時提供更為便利和可近的遠距醫療體驗，以進一步提升偏鄉中高齡居民對於遠距醫療的使用意向。

To address this issue, Taiwan has implemented rural telemedicine policies to increase the willingness of elderly rural residents to use telemedicine.The purpose of this study is to apply the Theory of Planned Behavior, targeting residents aged 45 and above in Xinyi Township, Nantou County. Using SPSS 22.0 for Windows for questionnaire survey analysis, this study explores the behavioral intention to use telemedicine and its influencing factors among elderly rural residents. A total of 405 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that 70.5% of respondents have heard of telemedicine, but only 29.5% have actually used it, indicating a relatively low willingness to adopt telemedicine among elderly rural residents. Additionally, respondents showed positive tendencies toward attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, trust, and accessibility regarding telemedicine. Those with lower education levels were more likely to accept and express their intention to use telemedicine. The behavioral intention to use telemedicine among elderly rural residents is significantly positively influenced by attitudes, perceived behavioral control, trust, and accessibility, with "trust" and "accessibility" being the most influential factors.This study suggests that institutions providing telemedicine services should strive to build individuals' trust in telemedicine services while offering more convenient and accessible telemedicine experiences to further enhance the willingness of elderly rural residents to use telemedicine.
