摘要註:	近年來，台灣的身心障礙人數呈現持續上升的趨勢，因此對於身心障礙者的主要照顧者而言，照顧壓力和社會支持情況成為一個必須關注的議題。本研究目的在於探討主要照顧者在養育和照顧身障者的過程中所面臨的照顧壓力，以及社會所提供的支持情況。研究採用問卷調查法，共獲得261份有效樣本，並運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析和典型相關分析等統計方法進行數據分析。本研究結果顯示：身心障礙學生主要照顧者壓力方面，整體照顧壓力感受呈中等偏高程度，其中以「心理社會壓力」程度最高，「社交經濟壓力」程度最低；在主要照顧者社會支持方面，身心障礙學生主要照顧者在獲得「訊息支持」最多，「工具性支持」最少。不同經濟狀況對照顧壓力差異分析方面，經濟狀況相對較差的家庭，其照顧壓力感受高於經濟狀況相對較佳的家庭。而不同教育程度在社會支持差異方面，以教育程度較高的主要照顧者獲得的社會支持程度高於相對較低的主要照顧者。而照顧壓力與社會支持之間呈現顯著負相關，顯示社會支持度越高，照顧壓力則越低。基於研究結果，我們建議在社區、學校和社福部門建立支持網絡，設立照顧者專線，並舉辦支持團體活動，以提供主要照顧者情感和訊息上的支持，進而減輕照顧者的壓力。

Therefore, for primary caregivers of individuals with disabilities, caregiving stress and social support have become an essential issue that must be addressed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the caregiving stress experienced by primary caregivers in the process of raising and caring for individual students with disabilities, as well as the support provided by society. The study adopted the questionnaire survey method and obtained 261 valid samples. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and canonical correlation analysis. The results of this study showed that in terms of the stress experienced by primary caregivers of students with disabilities, the overall perceived caregiving stress is moderately high. Among them, the level of "psychosocial stress" is the highest, while the level of "socio-economic stress" is the lowest. In terms of social support for primary caregivers, caregivers of students with disabilities receive the most "informational support" and the least "instrumental support". In the analysis of differences in caregiving stress by economic status, families with relatively poorer economic status felt higher levels of caregiving stress than families with relatively better economic status. In terms of differences in social support based on varying levels of education, primary caregivers with higher levels of education tend to receive more social support compared to those with relatively lower levels of education. There is a significant negative correlation between caregiving stress and social support, indicating that higher levels of social support are associated with lower levels of caregiving stress. Based on the research findings, we recommend establishing support networks in communities, schools, and social welfare departments. This could involve setting up caregiver hotlines and organizing support group activities to provide emotional and informational support to primary caregivers, thereby alleviating their stress.
