居家式長照機構經營成功模式之關鍵因素探討 : 以南投縣為例

摘要註:	南投縣的高齡化情形相對於台灣的其他縣市來說更加的嚴重，老年人口除了帶來的豐富的銀髮商機以外也衍生出了高齡長輩的照顧及安養方面的需求，據南投縣衛生局公布的資料中截至112年6月南投縣總共有60間居家式長照服務單位，且這個數量還在隨著時間慢慢增加中。本研究採質性研究之半結構式訪談，共訪談長照機構經營者 1人、居服督導員 1人，訪談內容重於團隊管理、財務健全、服務品質、營運策略以及資訊管理五大面向，透過深度訪談之彙整與分析，獲得以下研究結果：（1）受訪者們認為居家服務機構的專業團隊需要注重團隊的教育訓練、學習成長以及溝通能力。（2）受訪者們認為居家服務機構的服務品質需要注重服務需求項目、專業服務、內部流程以及意外事件控管。（3）受訪者們認為居家服務機構的財務管理需要注重財務規劃、財務制度、資本需求以及服務項目價格。（4）受訪者們認為居家服務機構的營運策略需要注重行銷推廣、廣告宣傳、策略聯盟以及創新價值服務。（5）受訪者們認為居家服務機構的資訊系統導入需要注重資訊系統的操作是否方便、能否提升資料管理的效率。最後，研究者依據研究結果提出結論，並對相關人員、單位與後續研究者提出建議。

Aside from bringing about opportunities for the silver economy, the aging population has also led to increased demand for elderly care and accommodation. According to data released by the Nantou County Health Bureau as of June 2023, there are a total of 60 home-based long-term care service units in Nantou County, and this number continues to increase gradually over time. This study adopts a qualitative research approach with semi-structured interviews. One long-term care facility operator and one home care supervisor were interviewed, focusing on five aspects: team management, financial soundness, service quality, operational strategies, and information management. Through the compilation and analysis of in-depth interviews, the following research findings were obtained:(1) Interviewees believed that the professional team of home care service facilities needed to focus on team education, training, learning, growth, and communication skills.(2) Interviewees believed that the service quality of home care service facilities needed to focus on service demand items, professional services, internal processes, and contingency event management.(3) Interviewees believed that the financial management of home care service facilities needed to focus on financial planning, financial systems, capital requirements, and service pricing.(4) Interviewees believed that the operational strategies of home careservice facilities needed to focus on marketing promotion, advertising, strategic alliances, and innovative value-added services.(5) Interviewees believed that the introduction of information systems in home care service facilities needed to focus on whether the operation of the information system was convenient and whether it could improve the efficiency of data management. Finally, based on the research findings, the researcher draws conclusions and offers suggestions to relevant personnel, units, and future researchers.
