Summary:	高齡社會的來臨，人類壽命不斷延長，老伴是個體終其一生的陪伴者，誠如大家所知，婚姻品質是維繫家庭的主軸，然而隨著社會環境快速變遷，離婚率也不斷升高。這也引發研究者好奇在訊息萬變的社會裡，中高齡夫妻關係是否能繼續維持？本研究目的旨在探討中高齡夫妻的婚姻品質與其幸福感之間的相關性。本研究以中部地區的中高齡者為研究對象，以便利取樣方式，回收有效問卷306份，使用SPSS 22.0統計軟體進行統計分析，獲得研究結果為：（1）不同背景變項中高齡夫妻婚姻品質之差異情形：「溝通與互動」、「信任與尊重」、「共同目標與價值關」及「情感連結」層面品質良好。其中會因居住情形、經濟狀況（平均月收入）之不同而有顯著差異存在。（2）不同個人背景變項中高齡夫妻對幸福感之差異情形：「情緒」、「生活滿意」、「自我肯定」及「身心健康」等層面感受良好。其中會因居住情形、經濟狀況（平均月收入）之不同而有顯著差異存在。（3）中高齡夫妻婚姻品質與幸福感之相關性為正相關。最後，研究者依據研究結果提出建議，以供相關單位在實務與政策上有更完善的規劃。另外，建議後續研究者也可以採用這些初步發現來設計更細緻的資料收集方法，以探索中高齡夫妻互動之相關問題。

As we know, the quality of marriage is the main axis of maintaining a family. However, with the rapid changes in the social environment, the divorce rate is also increasing. This has also led the researcher wonder whether the relationship between middle-aged and elderly couples can continue to be maintained in a society with ever-changing information. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between the marital quality and happiness of middle-aged and elderly couples. This study took the middle-aged and elderly people in central Taiwan as the research object. With convenience sampling, 306 valid questionnaires were collected and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. The research results showed:（1）Differences in the marital quality of older couples across different background variables: "communication and interaction", "trust and respect", "common goals and values" and "emotional connection" were good qualities. There were significant differences depending on the living situation and economic status （average monthly income）.（2） Differences in happiness among older couples in different personal background variables: "emotion", "life satisfaction", "self-affirmation" and "physical and mental health" were positive. There were significant differences depending on the living situation and economic status （average monthly income）.（3）The correlation between marital quality and happiness among middle-aged and elderly couples was positive.Finally, the researcher makes suggestions based on the research results to provide relevant units with better plans in practice and policy. Follow-up researchers can also use these preliminary findings to design more detailed data collection methods to explore the interactions between couples.
