摘要註:	大多數榮民退伍後，皆已邁入中高齡階段，而中高齡榮民族群長時間在軍中封閉環境下生活，是否影響退伍後的休閒活動行為是值得關注的議題。本研究旨在南投縣中高齡榮民休閒活動參與動機、阻礙因素與效益之研究，以南投縣中高齡退伍官士兵為研究對象，採用網路問卷，共計回收388份有效樣本。本研究使用SPSS 22.0統計軟體進行量化分析。研究結果顯示：以T檢定及單因子變異數分析，中高齡榮民在性別、年齡、婚姻、學歷、軍人服役年資、退伍幾年、職業及收入在休閒參與動機及效益上皆具有顯著差異。在年齡、婚姻、學歷、軍人服役年資、退伍幾年、職業及收入在休閒阻礙因素具有顯著差異。經相關分析，顯示出「參與動機」、「阻礙因素」與「效益」皆有顯著的影響，代表中高齡榮民休閒活動參與動機越高時，效益也會跟著提高；而在阻礙越大時，效益會跟著降低。本研究結果，可以提供榮服處為榮民舉辦休閒活動時加強提高動機，降低阻礙因素，將可增加效益，促進榮民身、心理健康，保持社會參與達到成功老化。

The fact that this demographic has spent a considerable amount of time living in the closed environment of the military raises concerns about how it might affect their leisure activities post-retirement. This study aims to investigate the motivations, barriers, and benefits of leisure activities among middle-aged and older veterans in Nantou County. The research subjects are retired officers and soldiers in Nantou County, with a total of 388 valid samples collected through online questionnaires. Quantitative analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 software. The results of t-tests and one-way ANOVA revealed significant differences in leisure participation motivations and benefits among middle-aged and older veterans in terms of gender, age, marital status, education level, years of military service, years since retirement, occupation, and income. Significant differences in leisure barriers were also found based on age, marital status, education level, years of military service, years since retirement, occupation, and income. Correlation analysis indicated that both participation motivation and barriers significantly impact the benefits of leisure activities. Specifically, higher participation motivation leads to increased benefits, while greater barriers result in decreased benefits. These findings suggest that enhancing motivation and reducing barriers in leisure activities for veterans could increase their benefits, promote their physical and psychological well-being, and facilitate successful aging through continued social engagement.
