摘要註:	本研究旨在探討自行車團騎活動參與者參與動機、認真休閒與幸福感的現況關係，並分析不同背景變項對之參與動機、認真休閒及幸福感之差異情形。本研究以自行車團騎活動參與者為研究對象，以參與動機、認真休閒及幸福感量表為研究工具，採用問卷調查法共計發放430份問卷，獲得有效問卷430份，有效問卷率100%。以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方式進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、在背景變項中性別以男性、已婚、41-50歲、大學（專）、月收入35,001-50,000元、團騎年資3年以上、每週團騎一次、參與的團騎為休閒型態活動者所占比例最高。二、就現況來看，參與動機、認真休閒與幸福感得分相當高，顯示自行車團騎活動參與者在參與動機、認真休閒與幸福感的程度上是相對高的。三、背景變項中的「婚姻」、「月收入」、「團騎年資」及「團騎頻率」會在參與動機、認真休閒及幸福感上造成顯著之影響。四、參與動機、認真休閒與幸福感具有顯著相關。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議以作為參考依據。

This study takes participants in bicycle group riding activities as the research object, uses the participation motivation, serious leisure and happiness scale as the research tool, and uses the questionnaire survey method to issue a total of 430 questionnaires, and obtain 430 valid questionnaires, with a valid questionnaire rate of 100%. For descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The results of the research are as follows: 1. Among the background variables, gender is male, married, 41-50 years old, The highest proportion is among those who have a college degree (college degree), a monthly income of 35,001-50,000, more than 3 years of group riding experience, group riding once a week, and those who participate in group riding as a leisure activity. 2. Judging from the current situation, the scores for participation motivation, serious leisure and happiness are all more than 3 points higher than the median value, showing that the participation motivation, serious leisure and happiness of participants in the bicycle group riding activities are quite high. 3. Among the background variables, "marriage", "monthly income", "experience in group riding" and "frequency of group riding" will have a significant impact on participation motivation, serious leisure and happiness. 4. Participation motivation, serious leisure and happiness are significantly related. This study puts forward relevant suggestions based on its research results as a reference basis.
