概要:	本研究主要目的為探討不同背景變項之原住民編織技藝參與者的參與動機、休閒阻礙及休閒效益之研究。研究對象為南投縣埔里鎮、仁愛鄉等偏鄉部落之原住民編織技藝參與者。研究工具為自編之「原住民編織技藝參與動機、休閒阻礙及休閒效益量表」。以立意調查法，透過Google表單及現場紙本問卷兩種方法做資料收集，共回收241份問卷。經描述性分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析，以SPSS-21 for windows進行資料分析，所得結論如下：一、在描述分析方面：參與動機以「智力性」排序最高，「勝任-熟練性」次之，「刺激-逃避性」最低；休閒阻礙以「結構性阻礙」排序最高，「個人內在阻礙」次之，最低的是「人際間阻礙」；休閒效益以「社交效益」排序最高，「身心效益」次之，最低的是「自我實現效益」。二、在差異性分析方面：在參與動機方面不同變項之性別、月收入及是否為原住民三變項之部份構面存在顯著差異；在休閒阻礙方面不同變項之教育程度、月收入兩變項之部份構面存在顯著差異；在休閒效益方面，所有之人口統計之變項在所有構面均無顯著差異存在。最後本研究依據研究結果，提出相關之實務策略及未來研究之建議。

The subjects were participants of aboriginal weaving skills from remote tribes in Renai Township, and Puli Town of Nantou County. The "Motivation, Leisure Constraints and Benefits Scale" was developed as research instrument by the researcher of this study. Using purposive sampling, data were collected through Google Tables and on-site paper questionnaires survey. A total of 241 effective questionnaires were collected. The collected data was processed through SPSS -21 for windows. Descriptive analysis, independent sample t- test, and one-way ANOVA were applied to analyze these collected data. The conclusions are as follows: 1. For descriptive analysis: "Intellectuality" is the highest ranking for the factor of “Participation Motivation”, followed by "Competence-Proficiency", and "Stimulation-Escape" is the lowest; “Structural constraints" is the highest ranking for the factor of “Leisure constraints", followed by "Intrapersonal Constraints”, and the lowest is "interpersonal obstacles"; the factor of “Leisure Benefits” is ranked highest with "Social Benefits", followed by "Physical and Mental Benefits", and the lowest is "Self-realization Benefits". 2. For difference analysis: there are significant differences in three variables which are “gender”, “monthly income”, and “whether or not you are an aboriginal” in terms of participation motivation; in terms of leisure constraints, there are significant differences in the variables of “education level”, and “monthly income”; in terms of leisure benefits, there are no significant differences in all aspects of all demographic variables. Finally, this study proposes relevant practical strategies and suggestions for future research based on the research results.
