摘要註:	台灣將於2025年邁入超高齡社會，高齡者將是進入超高龄的必經年段。而高齡者具有健康老化、活躍老化是進入超高齡的必備要素，並能繼續其在家庭中，社區裡，社會上有著有意義，有價值的工作，這是促進銀髮族「身心健康，生活自立」的重要目標。本研究採質性研究，做半結構性及深度訪談，以「敘說生命故事」(story telling)方式敘述一位70歲高齡---阿婆---長期從事資源回收工作的生命經驗，述說其家庭生活背景中對於資源回收的酸甜苦辣(甘苦)。其對家人，社區，及同事間的辛酸經歷，內心感受的呈現。研究結果是:(1) 受訪者長期從事資源回收作為她為地球環保盡心力。(2)她在長期從事資源回收曾遭受委屈，仍堅定不移「愛護地球」的信念。(3)因為受訪者長期從事資源回收而影響她周遭的人，讓她增加了資源回收物品。(4)受訪者感受到從小受恩於親友，促使其家人設立獎助金回饋社會。(5)受訪者雖已高齡仍堅持其初衷期待更美好的地球盡心力。總之，受訪者為「愛護地球」盡心力並影響周遭的人們，其弟弟設立獎助金回饋社會。使受訪者在高齡時仍然「身心健康，生活自立」成為後人的榜樣，持續為保護環境做出貢獻讓地球永續發展。

For the elderly, healthy and active aging are essential components to transition into this super-aged society successfully. This means they can continue to play meaningful and valuable roles in their families, communities, and society, thereby achieving the important goal of "physical and mental health, and independent living" for the elderly. This qualitative study adopts semi-structured and in-depth interviews to explore the life experiences of a 70-year-old elderly woman, who has long been engaged in recycling work. Through narrative storytelling, her experiences in recycling and the ups and downs of her family life are described. The research findings reveal the following: (1) The interviewee has been engaged in resource recycling for a long time as she has devoted herself to environmental protection for the earth. (2) She has suffered injustice in her long-term career in resource recycling and remains steadfast in her belief in "caring for the earth". (3) Because the interviewee has been engaged in resource recycling for a long time, which has affected the people around her, she has increased the number of resource recycling items. (4) She feels that her family has been grateful to their family and friends since childhood, which has prompted their families to set up scholarships to give back to society. (5) Although the interviewees are elderly, she still insists on her original intention of hoping for a better Earth and does her best. In short, the interviewee devoted herself to "caring for the Earth" and influenced the people around her, and her younger brother set up a scholarship to give back to society. Enable interviewee to remain physically and mentally healthy and self-sufficient in her old age, and become role models for future generations, continuously contributing to the protection of the environment and promoting sustainable development of the earth.
