概要:	「隔代家庭」，亦稱「祖孫家庭」，指的是由於各種因素，孫子女無法與父母同住，且由祖輩負責照顧與教養的一種家庭形式。研究者在教育現場觀察到，祖輩在承擔替代親職責任、照顧青少年孫輩的過程中面臨諸多挑戰。因此，本研究旨在探討祖輩在承擔替代親職角色時，面臨的順境與逆境，以及執行親職任務時的效能感受。本研究採取質性研究方法，以立意取樣方式，選取三位居住於南投市區且家中有青少年之隔代家庭祖輩作為研究對象。透過深度訪談進行資料蒐集與分析，進一步獲得以下研究結果：(1)就照顧歷程而言，隔代教養祖輩能與時俱進調整自己對青少年孫輩的照顧方式。(2)隔代教養祖輩的高自我效能感增進落實親職效能的信心。(3)隔代教養祖輩落實親職效能有助於青少年孫輩未來的發展。最後，研究者依據研究結果提出結論，並對相關人員、單位與後續研究者提出建議。

The researcher observed in the educational settings that grandparents faced numerous challenges when taking on substitute parenting responsibilities and caring for their adolescent grandchildren. Therefore, this study aims to explore the adversities and advantages grandparents encounter in their substitute parenting role, as well as their sense of parental efficacy. This study adopted qualitative research methodology, using purposive sampling to select three interviewees from skip-generation families living in Nantou City. Through the collection and analysis of in-depth interviews, the following research results were obtained:(1) In terms of the caregiving process, grandparents in skip-generation families were able to keep pace with the times and adjust their caregiving approaches to their adolescent grandchildren.(2) The high self-efficacy of grandparents in skip-generation families enhanced their confidence in carrying out effective parenting.(3) Grandparents in skip-generation families carrying out effective parenting contributed to the future development of their adolescent grandchildren. Finally, the researcher puts forward conclusions based on the research results and offers suggestions to relevant personnel, organizations and future researchers.
