政府長照2.0政策中推動社區成立日間照顧中心，成為各地區提供銀髮族基礎照顧體系之一，旨在對社區中失智或失能長輩提供協助。日間照顧中心成敗關鍵在於家屬或受照顧者對於該中心使用意願，本文運用整合性科技接受與採用模型理論（Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology）探討南投縣竹山鎮銀髮族或其家屬對使用日間照顧中心意願。研究採行問卷調查，正式問卷分析計205人，回收有效問卷202人，樣本採用以非機率便利抽樣（Non-probability Sampling）方式進行資料蒐集；問卷設計運用六個構面: 感知有用性、感知易用性、社會影響、便利條件與努力預期來探討對使用意願影響。研究發現銀髮族對日間照顧中心使用意願受便利條件、感知易用性、感知有用性與期望績效具有顯著解釋性；就人口統計特徵而言，使用意願也與長者教育程度、退休前職業有顯著關係性。並且發現長者自覺健康情況對於使用意願沒有解釋性。本次調查也發現使用長輩對於友善服務、促進健康、社交活動最為滿意。

The government's Long-term Care 2.0 policy promotes the establishment of community day care centers, which have become one of the basic care systems for the elderly in various regions, aiming to provide assistance to elderly individuals with dementia or disabilities in the community. The key to the success of day care centers lies in the willingness of family members or care recipients to use them. This paper applies the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to explore the willingness of the elderly or their family members in Nantou's Zhushan District to use day care centers. The study adopted a questionnaire survey, with 205 participants for the formal questionnaire analysis, and 202 valid questionnaires collected. Data collection was conducted using non-probability sampling. The questionnaire design utilized six constructs: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions, and effort expectancy, to investigate their impact on usage intention. The study found that the willingness of the elderly to use day care centers was significantly explained by facilitating conditions, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and performance expectancy. In terms of demographic characteristics, usage intention was also significantly related to the elderly's education level and pre-retirement occupation. It was also found that the elderly's self-perceived health status had no explanatory effect on usage intention. This survey also found that elderly users were most satisfied with friendly services, health improvement, and social activities.
