摘要註:	本研究旨在探討賽德克族高齡者參與代間沉浸式族語教學方案的歷程旨在分析其動機、挑戰與效益，以回應臺灣原住民族語言流失危機並促進文化傳承。賽德克族語作為南島語系珍貴遺產，正面臨跨世代傳承斷層，高齡者在語言復振中承擔重要角色。本研究採用質性研究方法，透過半結構式訪談，於南投縣仁愛鄉德鹿谷文化健康站訪談三位65歲以上、曾參與代間沉浸式族語教學的賽德克族高齡者。研究結果為：（1）受訪者的參與動機源於對族語流失的憂慮及延續文化認同的責任感。（2）受訪者在參與歷程中面臨識字能力受限、動作緩慢與體力不足等挑戰，卻透過聽覺學習、轉為指導角色及運用文化經驗成功因應。（3）受訪者從方案中獲得的回饋，包括強化族語認同感、促進代間互動、提升代間情感聯繫、協助提升幼兒族語能力與文化興趣、滿足多元的學習需求及提升文化傳承使命感。從研究結果中發現，沉浸式族語教學方案不僅提升高齡者的文化自信與社交連結，也開啟他們對幼兒族語學習的重視，為語言復振提供實質貢獻。研究者建議未來類似的方案可透過視聽輔助與多元活動設計再優化，並建議後續研究者可擴大樣本、深化代間教學在原住民族文化永續發展中的應用。

The Seediq language, a valuable heritage of the Austronesian family, faces an intergenerational transmission gap, with the elderly playing a crucial role in language revitalization. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study conducted semi-structured interviews with three Seediq individuals aged 65 and above who participated in the program at the Delu Valley Cultural Health Station in Ren’ai Township, Nantou County. The results of this study revealed that（1）The interviewees were motivated by concerns over language loss and a sense of responsibility to preserve cultural identity.（2）During participation, the interviewees encountered challenges such as limited literacy, slow movements, and physical fatigue, yet effectively adapted through auditory learning, transitioning to guiding roles, and leveraging cultural experience.（3）Program Benefits from the interviewees included: strengthening language identity, enhancing intergenerational interaction, improving emotional bonds, building up children’s language proficiency and cultural interest, fulfilling their diverse needs, and reinforcing a sense of mission in cultural transmission. The study results indicated that the immersive indigenous language teaching program not only enhanced the elderly cultural confidence and social connections but also highlighted their emphasis on children's indigenous language learning, making a tangible contribution to language revitalization. The researcher suggests that future similar programs could be further optimized through audiovisual aids and diverse activity designs. Additionally, future studies will expand the sample size and deepen the application of intergenerational teaching in the sustainable development of Indigenous cultures.
