臺灣原住民族文化面臨都市化與世代斷層挑戰，文化傳承亟需創新策略。透過文化健康站與幼兒園合作，實施賽德克族傳統樂舞老幼共學課程的成效。研究採用質性回溯性方法，探討南投縣仁愛鄉德鹿谷部落自2023年11月28日至2024年05月07日，本研究聚焦老幼共學，探究不同世代參與者的傳承動機；分析世代共學對文化傳承的影響；評估課程對樂舞文化認同的成效；了解參與者的課程滿意度。收案對象有26位長者與17位幼兒，課程為期兩學期，採用情境式教學策略、互動式學習及展演，實踐傳統樂舞、文化故事與社區展演。分析資料來源包括課程觀察、課後回饋、影音照片記錄及文獻分析。透過主題分析法，探討參與動機、世代互動、文化認同與滿意度。結果顯示，老幼共學有效促進世代交流與文化認同。長者積極參與，展現傳承使命感；幼兒對樂舞興趣顯著提升，文化認同增強。課程設計獲得高度評價，顯示其可行性與推廣潛力。惟受限於地區性，建議未來研究擴大參與範圍，並深入探討課程的長期效益與制度化可行性。

Taiwan’s Indigenous cultures face challenges from urbanization and generational gaps, making cultural transmission an urgent issue that requires innovative strategies. This study adopts a qualitative retrospective approach to examine the effectiveness of an intergenerational learning program featuring traditional Seediq music and dance, implemented through collaboration between a cultural health station and a kindergarten in the Delugu community, Ren’ai Township, Nantou County, from November 28, 2023, to May 7, 2024. Focusing on intergenerational learning, the research explores the motivations of participants from different age groups, analyzes the impact of intergenerational learning on cultural transmission, evaluates the program’s effectiveness in fostering cultural identity through music and dance, and assesses participant satisfaction. The study involved 26 elders and 17 children over two semesters, utilizing situational teaching strategies, interactive learning, and performances to practice traditional music and dance, share cultural stories, and stage community exhibitions. Data sources included classroom observations, post-class feedback, audio-visual and photographic records, and literature analysis. Thematic analysis was used to explore participation motivation, intergenerational interaction, cultural identity, and satisfaction. Results indicate that intergenerational learning effectively promotes generational exchange and cultural identity. Elders participated actively, demonstrating a strong sense of mission in cultural transmission, while children showed increased interest in music and dance and a strengthened sense of cultural identity. The curriculum design received high praise, highlighting its feasibility and potential for wider promotion. However, the study was limited by its regional scope. Future research is recommended to expand the participant base and further investigate the long-term effects and institutionalization feasibility of such programs.
