摘要註:	南投縣賽德克族青年會為因應族群文化傳承斷層的挑戰，於2021至2024年間推動青銀共學模式，積極促進傳統樂舞的保存與傳承。本研究採用質性回溯法，透過田野觀察、影音記錄、社群媒體數據及文獻分析，探討青銀共學對傳統樂舞推廣的影響，分析耆老在文化傳承中的角色變化，評估青年參與後的族群認同轉變，並檢視代間互動對傳統統樂舞的成效。研究對象包含16位耆老與16位青年。結果顯示，青銀共學顯著提升賽德克族傳統樂舞的傳承效能，青年透過參與深化文化認同，耆老則透過分享樂舞的記憶，轉為積極傳承者，並經由部落回饋、國際節慶展演及校園工作坊，展現青銀共學的文化實踐力。此模式不僅強化社區凝聚力，也為全球原住民文化傳承提供可參考範例。惟本研究受限於回溯性資料與族群語系範圍，建議未來擴大田野調查對象並納入長期追蹤，以提升青銀共學的永續性與制度化可能。

This study employs a qualitative retrospective method, utilizing field observations, audiovisual recordings, social media data, and literature analysis to explore the impact of Intergenerational Co-learning on traditional music and dance transmission, analyze the evolving role of elders, evaluate the enhancement of youth ethnic identity, and assess the effectiveness of intergenerational interactions. The study involves 16 elders and 16 youths. Results indicate that Intergenerational Co-learning significantly enhances the transmission efficiency of Seediq traditional music and dance. Youths deepen their cultural identity through participation, while elders transition from memory sharers to active cultural transmitters. Cultural practices are demonstrated through tribal feedback, international festival performances, and campus workshops. This model strengthens community cohesion and provides a reference for global indigenous cultural transmission. However, the study is limited by potential memory biases in retrospective data and the regional scope of Seediq language groups in Nantou. Future research should expand field survey participants and include long-term tracking to enhance the model’s sustainability and generalizability.
