摘要註:	本研究以「生命歷程」為研究之主軸，運用質性研究法中的敘事探究方式，紀錄研究對象的生命藍圖，並描繪活躍老化的歷程，研究者選擇該研究對象的原因在於擁有豐富的生命經歷，取得雙碩士，並考取多張指導員證書，積極的學習態度及在社區及樂齡中心擔任講師的經歷，這些經歷使生命故事具有研究價值。本研究採用半結構式訪談大綱進行資料蒐集，並透過逐字稿進行分析。研究歸納出以下發現：（1）逆境歷程中的堅韌成長：探索生命歷程的深層意涵；（2）高齡轉折中的新契機：退休後學習如何促進活躍老化；（3）在家庭責任與自我成長中尋找平衡的生命智慧；（4）社區參與作為促進活躍老化的歷程；（5）自我價值與心理韌性：邁向活躍老化的關鍵因素；（6）終身學習與社會參與：實現高齡精彩人生的重要路徑。透過這位高齡女士的生命回顧，將生命脈絡，帶來豐富的人生歷練成果。因此，深入探討生命歷程中的重大事件對其身心發展及生活品質的影響，進而提供後學對高齡者社會參與及積極老化的深刻理解，將有助於中高齡者積極進取的人生學習態度，並提早退休前規劃，達到活躍老化、成功老化的人生。

The selection of this participant was intentional due to her extensive life experiences, which include earning two master’s degrees, obtaining multiple instructor certifications, and exhibiting a proactive attitude toward learning. Her role as a lecturer in community and senior learning centers further highlights the research value of her life story. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using verbatim transcripts. The study yielded the following key findings: (1) resilient growth through adversity reveals the deeper meaning of one’s life journey; (2) retirement can offer new opportunities for lifelong learning and active aging; (3) balancing family responsibilities with personal development reflects life wisdom; (4) community participation plays a vital role in promoting active aging; (5) establishing self-worth and psychological resilience are crucial to life transformation, and (6) lifelong learning and social engagement serve as essential pathways to achieving a vibrant later life. Through this elderly woman’s life review, her developmental context and rich experiences come to light. By examining how major life events influence the physical, psychological, and social aspects of aging, this study provides valuable insights into the social participation of older adults and the dynamics of active aging. Such understanding can help middle-aged and older adults adopt a more proactive approach to learning and plan for retirement earlier, ultimately contributing to a fulfilling and successful aging process.
