摘要註:	隨著台灣人口高齡化進程加劇，特別是偏遠地區中高齡者的心理健康問題日益突出。心理韌性作為個體面對壓力和逆境時的重要心理資源，可能對中高齡者的心理健康產生正面影響。本研究聚焦於南投縣中高齡者心理韌性與心理健康的關聯性，並深入探討不同背景變項對兩者的影響。研究樣本選取來自南投縣的45歲及以上中高齡者，共計401人。資料收集透過結構化問卷進行，包括心理韌性量表、心理健康量表，並涵蓋基本背景資料（如年齡、性別、教育程度、婚姻狀況、有無慢性病等）。數據分析包含描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析（ANOVA）及皮爾森相關分析。研究結果顯示，心理韌性與心理健康之間並無顯著正相關，且不同背景變項的中高齡者在心理韌性和心理健康上具有顯著差異。本研究結果為南投縣偏遠地區中高齡者心理健康的促進措施提供實證支持，建議在社會支持、情緒調節等方面增強中高齡者的心理韌性，為未來針對老年群體心理健康的促進措施提供實證依據，也為高齡化社會的公共健康策略提供參考。

Psychological resilience, as a key psychological resource in coping with stress and adversity, may have a positive impact on the mental health of this population. This study focuses on the relationship between psychological resilience and mental health among middle-aged and older adults in Nantou County, and further explores how various demographic factors affect both variables. The study sampled 401 individuals aged 45 and above from Nantou County. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, which included a psychological resilience scale, a mental health scale, and basic demographic information (e.g., age, gender, education level, marital status, and chronic illness status). Data analysis methods included descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation. Results showed no significant correlation between resilience and mental health, but significant differences were found across demographic groups. The findings provide support for promoting mental health through strategies that enhance resilience, especially in rural aging populations.
