摘要註:	本研究旨在探討中高齡者再就業意願、再就業動機與家庭支持的現況關係，探討不同背景變項與再就業意願之關係，並分析不同背景變項對再就業動機及家庭支持之差異情形。本研究以中高齡者為研究對象，以再就業意願、再就業動機及家庭支持量表為研究工具，採用問卷調查法共計發放812份問卷，獲得有效問卷740份，有效問卷率91.13%。以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方式進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、在背景變項中性別以女性、65歲以上、大學（專科）學歷、可支配所得為40001元以上、健康狀況為還算健康、經濟狀況為普通者所占比例最高。二、在背景變項中「年齡」、「學歷」、「可支配所得」與「經濟狀況」會影響再就業意願。三、就現況來看，再就業意願、再就業動機與家庭支持程度相當高，顯示中高齡者在再就業意願、再就業動機與家庭支持的程度上是相對高的。四、背景變項中的「年齡」、「學歷」、「家庭狀況」、「健康狀況」及「經濟狀況」會在再就業動機及家庭支持上造成顯著之影響。五、再就業動機與家庭支持具有顯著相關。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議以作為參考依據。

This study took the middle-aged and elderly as the research subjects, used the re-employment willingness, re-employment motivation and family support scale as the research tools, and adopted the questionnaire survey method to distribute a total of 812 questionnaires, obtained 740 valid questionnaires, and the valid questionnaire rate was 91.13%. For descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The results of the research are as follows:1. Among the background variables, the highest proportions were those who were female, over 65 years old, had a college (college) degree, had a disposable income of more than $40,001, were in fairly healthy health, and had an average economic status.2. 2. Among the background variables, "age", "education", "disposable income" and "economic status" will affect the willingness to re-employment 3. As far as the current situation is concerned, the willingness to re-employment, motivation to re-employment and family support are quite high, indicating that the willingness to re-employment, motivation to re-employment and family support of the middle-aged and elderly are relatively high. 4. The background variables of "age", "education", "living conditions", "health status" and "economic status" will have a significant impact on re-employment motivation and family support. 5. Re-employment motivation is significantly correlated with family support. This study proposes relevant suggestions based on its research results as a reference.
