摘要註:	隨著台灣社會的高齡化，對於長者之照顧需求日漸殷切，通過專業訓練而投入照顧產業的人數也越來越多。然而，事實上仍有相當龐大的照顧工作，是由專業照顧團隊之外的家庭成員來提供，而且這批家庭照顧者大為女性。這些家門內的照顧者同樣付出相當的辛勞，也同樣作為台灣社會不可或缺的照顧力量，但如此照顧領域的深度實況卻沒有被學術界充分研究。本文試圖以深度訪談的方式，針對六位女性家庭照顧者的勞動現況，特別是探討在職場的家庭照顧者與無就業的家庭照顧者在照顧流程與照顧壓力上的差異，呈現家庭照顧者之由照顧、親屬關係、世代觀念、婚姻、財務需求、時間管理及個人工作抱負等因素，所共同構成的生活全貌，補足台灣社會家庭照顧研究的可能缺角。

While the number of professionally trained caregivers continues to grow, a substantial portion of care responsibilities remains shouldered by family members who are not part of the formal care system. These informal caregivers who mostly are female play a critical yet often overlooked role in the nation’s care infrastructure. This study employs qualitative in-depth interviews with six female family caregivers to explore their caregiving experiences and working conditions, with particular emphasis on comparing those who are employed with those who are not. The research examines differences in caregiving processes and stress levels between these two groups, while also analyzing how caregiving is shaped by multiple intersecting factors, including familial relationships, generational values, marital status, financial pressures, time management, and personal career aspirations. The findings aim to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the lived realities of family caregivers in Taiwan and to address a significant gap in the existing caregiving literature.
