摘要註:	隨著臺灣邁入超高齡社會，退休準備為人生重要議題。教師長年專注於教學與行政，也逐漸關注人生下半場問題。本研究結合計畫行為理論（TPB）、展望理論與生命循環理論，針對台中市太平區國中教師，透過問卷調查回收211份有效樣本，探討教師退休準備態度與意圖、及影響因素。研究方法包含信度分析、單因子變異數分析、因素分析與逐步迴歸分析，以探究教師面對退休準備態度與意圖影響因素。結果顯示，「主觀規範」與「知覺行為控制」對退休準備意圖具有顯著正向影響，而「退休準備態度」雖呈正向認同，卻在實際迴歸分析中呈現負向關係，顯示僅有良好態度仍不足以轉化為具體行動。此結果說明，教師的退休準備意圖主要受到社會支持與自我掌控感驅動，而非單純的心理態度。本研究提供整合多元理論的觀察框架，對國家公教人員退撫政策提出啟示：教育單位與主管機關應推動分齡化退休教育、強化金融知識，並透過群體示範與資源支持，協助教育人員將「知道該準備」落實為「具體行動」。最終目標是讓教師能安心迎接人生下一階段，並提升社會永續發展。

Teachers, who have long focused on teaching and administrative work, often overlook planning for their later life. This study surveyed 211 junior high school teachers in Taiping District, Taichung City, integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior （TPB）, Prospect Theory, and the Life-Cycle Hypothesis to explore retirement attitudes, intentions, and influencing factors. Research methods included reliability testing, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, and stepwise regression analysis to examine how various factors affect teachers’ retirement preparation intentions. The results revealed that subjective norms and perceived behavioral control had significant positive effects on retirement preparation intentions. However, attitude toward retirement preparation, though generally positive, showed a negative relationship in regression analysis, suggesting that awareness alone does not easily translate into concrete actions. This indicates that teachers’ intentions to prepare for retirement are mainly driven by social influence and self-efficacy, rather than by attitude alone. This study offers an integrated framework combining multiple theoretical perspectives, enriching academic discussion while providing practical and policy insights. Educational institutions and authorities are encouraged to promote age-specific retirement education, enhance financial literacy, and strengthen social support systems. By transforming “knowing the need to prepare” into “taking concrete action,” teachers can approach retirement with confidence and contribute to the broader goals of social well-being and sustainable development.
