摘要註:	台灣高齡者問題日益受重視，依據研究顯示，高齡者的行動力與其生活滿意度具有一定程度的關聯。本研究以社會學觀點人類老化之活動理論作為研究理論基礎，探討台灣地區高齡開車者對交通環境友善程度與其開車意願和生活滿意度之相關性。研究針對65歲以上高齡開車者進行問卷調查，共發放問卷550份，回收488份，回收率88.7%，有效問卷466份。研究結果顯示高齡開車者自覺健康情形愈不好，對交通環境的友善程度愈低；男性開車意願高於女性；經濟狀況愈好與駕駛曝光度愈高，開車意願愈高；經濟狀況與自覺健康情形愈好、教育程度與駕駛曝光度愈高，生活滿意度也愈佳。駕駛曝光度可視為開車意願之重要測量指標；對交通環境友善程度愈高，開車意願愈高；對交通環境友善程度愈高，生活滿意度愈佳；開車意願愈高，生活滿意度愈佳。開車對於臺灣地區有開車經驗的高齡者來說不僅僅是一種移動方式的選擇，更能代表高齡者獨立、有用、便利、社交、心理的重要表徵，故應鼓勵具有開車能力的高齡者在經安全評估無慮後，多以開車為主要交通方式。依研究結果建議施政者應積極改善道路設施，提昇高齡開車者對交通環境的友善程度；儘速建立高齡開車者持續開車的標準，並輔導高齡開車者持續開車。

According to foreign studies, there’s a certain relationship between the mobility of the elderly and their life satisfaction. This study is theoretically based on the point of view of the activity theory of the human aging in sociological, trying to research and study the correlation between the friendly level of the traffic environment and the driving will and the life satisfaction of the elderly in central Taiwan. The boundaries of the study are the elderly over 65 years old with driving experience, who conducted a questionnaire survey. A total of 550 questionnaires were dispensed, and 488 questionnaires were collected, the recovery rate is 88.7%. 466 valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis. The results showed that: The worse health situation the elderly feel, the lower satisfaction of the friendly level of traffic environment they have; men’s driving will is higher than women’s; the better economic situation and the higher driving exposure （driving frequency, driving time） the elderly have, the higher driving will they have; the better economic situation and health situation the elderly have, and the higher education and driving exposure （driving frequency, driving distance） the elderly have, the better life satisfaction they have. Driving exposure can be regarded as an important measurement indicator of driving will; the higher the friendly level of traffic environment the elderly feel, the higher driving will they have; the higher friendly level of traffic environment the elderly feel, the better life satisfaction they have; the higher driving will the elderly have, the better life satisfaction they have. Driving is not only an alternative of mobility, but an important symbolic representation of independence, usefulness, social, psychological needs, quality of life for the elderly. It should be encouraged for the elderly with capability of driving to continue to drive under the security assessment. The suggestions based on the results of the study are: to
