Summary:	邁入高齡化的台灣社會中，高達九成以上維持健康身體心靈狀態的銀髮族，將可被視為旅遊市場中最具有發展潛力的市場區隔。雖然如此，中高齡者在參與旅遊時，也可能遭遇到阻礙而影響對旅遊的意願或程度。因此老年人在參加旅遊過程中所遭遇到的阻礙與風險和其他年齡族群有所不同，並會隨年齡增長所帶來的身心限制來修正其休閒活動的選擇。不過，若於銀髮族休閒旅遊活動中推出醫護人員隨團照護的旅遊的服務，當然可以改善老人旅遊意圖的阻礙，然而，醫護人員隨團照護的旅遊的服務必然會增加旅遊費用，故本研究思考運用遠距健康照護協同銀髮族休閒旅遊，取代醫護人員的服務概念，為休閒旅遊業開發找出創新的服務模式。

Over 90 percent of seniors are in good health, they will be seem as the potential market segmentation of tourism market. Even though, there also blocks when seniors join outdoor activities or tours. Think about if we can offer medical person to the senior tour group from beginning to the end, it will sure to increase the willing of seniors to join the tour. The cost is the next topic to discuss, and it also relate to the willing of seniors to join the tour. Accordingly, this study aimed to explore the feasibility of innovative leisure travel management for the seniors with telecare, and hopefully, to bring forth a new model for the leisure travel industry.Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, the study discussed the behavioral intentions, including attitude, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, of the seniors on leisure travel accompanied by telecare. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the travel agent workers. 300 questionnaires were given out while 285 were retrieved with return ratio 95%. The software SPSS12.0 was used to statistically analyze and document the data gathered.It was found that the three dimensions, “attitude,” “perceived usefulness,” and “perceived ease of use” had significant positive influence on the willing of usage of leisure travel accompanied by telecare. Among them, “perceived usefulness” was the most influential on the willing of usage. The study results hope to serve as a reference for further studies and for leisure travel industry.
