Summary:	中高齡族群學習關於生與死的議題，對其往後的人生規畫有所助益；在「生命無常、必須有備」之觀念下，中高齡族群應有預立遺囑的正確態度與觀念。本研究目的在探討不同背景變項之中高齡族群預立遺囑之態度，與面對生死態度因素及其相互關係。本研究採問卷調查方式，以南投縣竹山鎮450位中高齡者為對象調查，回收300份有效問卷，利用t考驗與單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關，了解不同背景變項對於其預立遺囑意願、接受生死教育意願與遺囑法律知識之間是否產生差異。研究結果顯示：中高齡族群在預立遺囑上有正向意願，並顯示中高齡族群之中女性預立遺囑意願比男性高；年紀較輕者，其預立遺囑意願亦較高。未訂立遺囑者，其接受生死教育意願顯然最低。中高齡族群接受生死教育的意願較高與遺囑法律知識較好者，其預立遺囑的意願較高。依據研究結果建議大眾建構「遺囑是一種健康檢查」的觀念，政府社教機關普設專業律師提供民眾相關諮詢服務，並運用E化系統簡化遺囑表格及遺囑訂立程序，以臻預立遺囑推廣之目標。

To better prepare for unpredictable lives, Mid-ages and elders should well construct the positive attitude and notion toward living will. The objective of this research is bound to discuss the attitude of middle age toward living will, under different background parameter and the causes, and the relationship between them.Questionnaire survey was the mainly used in this research on 450 correspondent-aged resident in Jushan township, Nantou county. In order to understand the relation among the relevant variables of different background and the attitude toward living wills, the law of wills and the acceptance of Living-and-Death education, 300 pieces of valid questionnaire was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation in SPSS. The result shows that subjects prevalently hold positive attitude toward living wills, besides females are more prone to it than males. And the age group who set living will become more and more younger. Moreover, the result also depicts that there is a positive correlation between wills-making and the attitude toward Life-and-Death education and the knowledge in the law of wills they gained. According to the result of this research, it is recommended to popularise the notion of “Will as a sort of Health Examination. The result also suggests that the government should provide the consulting services to its citizens and to establish e-system to simplify the will forms and process, which can help to achieve the goal of promoting the living will. $z eng
