摘要註:	台灣社會在「高齡化」與「少子化」的趨勢下人口急速老化，因而產生許多新現象與新問題，這些快速增加的高齡人口，需要社會大眾對他們投以關注、照顧及服務。然而照顧與服務的質與量攸關未來老年人的生活品質，因此本研究以「對老人態度量表」、「服務老人意願量表」和「背景資料」為研究工具，旨在探討國中生對老人態度與服務老人意願的現況與相關性，並探討不同背景變項對老人態度與服務老人意願之差異性。研究對象為南投縣某國中（一至三年級）學生，以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集，採立意抽樣法抽出430名國中生填答，得有效問卷 425份（98%），SPSS12.0統計分析軟體作為資料分析工具。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費爾事後考驗、皮爾森積差相關、簡單迴歸分析、典型相關等統計方法，進行資料分析。研究結果：（1）國中生對老人態度趨於正向，對服務老人有正向意願。（2）國中生背景變項與對老人態度有關者為：「年級」、「受祖父母照顧的時間」、「對老人議題關心程度」、「母親的教育程度」。（3）國中生背景變項與服務老人意願有關者為：「性別」、「家庭型態」、「受祖父母照顧的時間」、「祖父母與父母相處的情形」、「是否參與老人相關課程或議題」、「對老人議題關心程度」。（4）國中生對老人態度與服務老人意願呈現顯著負相關，顯示對老人態度刻板印象愈高，服務老人意願就愈低。本研究最後根據上述之結果加以分析探討並提出建議，作為日後研究國中生對老人態度與服務老人意願方案設計、輔導以及未來實施課程規劃教育的參考。

The increasing aging population needs more care, attention and service from the society. Due to the quality and quantity of care and service influence life for the elderly in the future, this research aims to investigate the current situation and correlation of junior high school students' attitude toward the elderly and their willingness to serve the elderly. It also explores the difference between attitude toward the elderly and their willingness to serve the elderly which were attributed by different backgrounds. The subjects are junior high school students (includes first to third grade) of a school in Nantou and we used questionnaire survey to collect data. According to purposive sampling of 430 questionnaires and 425 of them were returned，the rate of retrieve is 98% . Here we use SPSS 12.0 Statistics Software as analyzing tool and analyzed the data based on Descriptive Statistical Analysis, t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, Scheffe's methed, Simple linear regression, canonical correlation analysis. The results show that: (1) Junior high school students tend to have slightly positive attitude toward the elderly, having positive willing to serve the elderly. (2) Students background variables that correlate with attitude toward the elderly were : "grade","time period they took care by grandparents", "whether they care about the elderly- related issue" and "education level of their mother". (3) Students background variables that correlate with willingness to serve the elderly were:"gender", " the style of family","time period they took care by grandparents", "interaction between grandparents and parents", "whether take part in the elderly-related courses and issues","whether
