摘要註:	台灣早已進入高齡化的社會，未來幾年國內老年人口比例之增加會更勝以往。老人的醫療、生命尊嚴是無法迴避的課題。安寧療護是兼顧善用醫療資源與生命尊嚴的新方向，但推動至今成效有限。因此本研究依據安寧療護的六大構面：醫療理念、大眾迷思、病情告知、預立指示、急救處置與法令規定，藉由問卷調查方式，透過描述統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關等統計方法對資料進行分析。探討草屯地區中老年人對安寧療護的認知程度以及態度，並分析不同背景變項嘗試了解其相關性。結果顯示：（1）草屯地區中老年人對安寧療護的認知程度為中上，答對率達七成六，對安寧療護的態度偏正向；（2）年齡、教育程度、職業、有無聽過安寧訊息與受過安寧療護教育等變項，會影響安寧療護的認知；（3）年齡、宗教信仰、教育程度、職業、有無聽過安寧訊息與受過安寧療護教育等變項，會影響安寧療護的態度；（4）安寧療護的認知會影響對安寧療護的態度。結論：推廣安寧療護需要透過有效的宣導方式，來增加中老年人對於安寧療護的認識，影響其對安寧療護的態度，進而提升中老年人的接受度。

The medical treatment of the elderly and the dignity of life are importment issue. Hospice palliative care is to accommodate medical resources and the dignity of life, but the effect of hospice palliative care's promotion has been limited so far. This study is according to the hospice palliative care six dimensions: medical management concept, public myth, truth telling, Advance directives, first aid Disposal and Act provisions. The returned surveys were statistically complied and analyzed by the methods such as Independent- Samples T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, and canonical correlation.This study aimes to understand the hospice palliative care knowledge and attitude of the elderly in Tsaotun area by survey and analysis of different background variables to try to find out its relevance. The study shows: （1） The elderly in Tsaotun area's knowledge level of hospice palliative care was above medium level,and the rate of correct answer is 76%; The elderly in Tsaotun area's attitude toward hospice palliative care was positive. （2） Age, level of education, occupation, the information of hospice palliative care and hospice palliative care education will affect the awareness of the hospice;（3） Age, religion, level of education, occupation, or awareness of hospice care and being received hospice education will affect the attitude of hospice care;（4）The knowledge of the hospice palliative care will affect people's attitude. Conclusion :To promote the hospice palliative care needs effective advocating to increase people's knowledge , than effect their attitude, and finally enhance people's acceptance. $z eng
