摘要註:	自行車活動是一種以人力作為基本動力來源，並結合身體活動與戶外休憩之有氧運動。隨著全球暖化、節能減碳議題升溫，國內近年之自行車活動也越趨普遍，在政府大力闢建自行車專用道、推廣自行車騎乘活動下，自行車節能減碳的觀念深植人心，並落實於日常生活之中。自行車也由「代步工具」儼然成為「時尚與休閒」的代名詞。本研究採用問卷調查法，並以便利性抽樣實施問卷調查，對象為對騎乘自行車有興趣之南投縣教師。透過探討南投縣教師自行車騎乘的狀況，來瞭解其自行車騎乘休閒動機與阻礙之因素。預期效果為喚起教師對休閒的重視，以建立正確的休閒觀念，並能更積極參與自行車運動，以提高教學工作效率及生活品質；此外也提供學校規畫教職員工休閒運動課程、擬定休閒運動方案之參考，藉以推廣自行車騎乘文化，有效提升自行車騎乘人口與自行車騎乘率，進而讓全民深度體驗優質的自行車生活。

With global warming, energy saving and carbon reduction are becoming important topics. Biking is becoming a more common activity and therefore the government is vigorous to construct bicycle lanes to promote bike riding activities. The energy saving way of riding bikes is already implanted in people's minds and is a part of everyday life inTaiwan. Bike by "means of transport" has also become a synonymous of fashion and leisure.The questionnaires were employed in this study. The survey was conducted by convenience sampling to teachers who are interested in bike riding in Nantou County. Through this study, we understand the motivation and obstruction of bike riding. The expected results of this study was to arsouse teachers to attach importance to leisure, develope the right leisure concept, and actively participate in bicking.Additnoally,the further objectives are to increase the bike riding population and let all people experience and enjoy the joyful, excellent quality life of cycling. $z eng
