摘要註:	在科技快速發展的今日，結合資通科技與健康資訊管理平台的技術正迅速發展，達成智能化健康照顧功能的可行性已大幅提高，例如運用遠距健康監控的管理平台，使高齡者居家健康諮詢管理、身體不適突發意外事故時，皆能透過平台的技術管理，請求支援，使高齡者能在家生活自主時獲得安全的保障，未來在銀髮族適老化的強烈需求及照護人力的嚴重不足下，「遠距健康照護」服務產業將蓬勃發展。本研究採用服務體驗之脈絡洞察方法的理論架構，從使用者行為觀點，以觀察及訪談的方式實施遠距健康照護服務體驗脈絡洞察，再以彙整互動模型、序列模型、工具器物模型、文化模型、實體模型的五大型為模型，針對銀髮族使用遠距健康照護潛在的服務需求進行分析，進而對服務進行塑模與提出服務系統設計之必要元素。本研究以安裝於南投縣竹山社寮里紫南宮社區活動中心之「社區遠距健康照護服務系統」為平台，藉由服務體驗洞察，了解使用者行為模式及潛在的需求後，歸納出最切合適老化遠距健康照護的服務設計需求與規範。同時，研究之結果並對現有系統進行改善後之驗證，結果獲得使用者相當高的滿意評價。

And also, the possibility of using ICT technology and health information management platform to monitor the elderly health situation is rising in the last ten decades. Because of the urge demand of elderly and the shortage of nursing resources, the Tele-health care industry is booming by users' point of view. This study, was based on the contextual inquiry of practical service experience by observation and interview at users' viewpoint to find the potential need when Tele-health care system which is used in the community. Five Consolidated Models of Consolidated Flow Model, Consolidated Sequence Model, Consolidated Artifact Model, Consolidated Cultural Model, and Consolidated Physical Model were used to help the service conceptualization and to specify of the design of the Tele-health care service for elderly. $z eng
