Summary:	西元2017年台灣將邁入高齡社會，再加上少子化效應，銀髮族照護人力將嚴重不足，遠距健康照護系統需求將急遽上升，如何開發出符合銀髮族使用需求並且用的安心、貼心、順心，遠距健康照護系統之服務設計更顯得重要。本研究以服務體驗工程方法之服務設計，針對遠距健康照護系統提出服務產品模型及服務流程模型設計，經由服務體驗需求洞察文獻之結果，以專家意見找出候選之服務機能，藉由服務機能展開法透過服務機能展開矩陣、服務流程展開矩陣進行專家檢核評分，參照服務機能展開表分析討論，獲得銀髮族遠距健康照護系統之服務產品模型及服務流程模型，提供後續服務實作、服務人員編制及訓練、相關軟硬體系統開發改良的主要依據。

In addition to the effect of low birth rate, senior care will be in serious shortage of manpower, and the demand of Tele-health Care for the elderly will rise sharply. How to develop a Tele-health Care System that will serve the needs and preferences of the senior population is becoming more important than ever. Based on the service designs of the Service Experience Engineering （SEE） approach, this research proposes a service product model design targeting the Tele-health Care System for the senior population. Using advices of the experts and knowledge of related researches and literatures, this service model design of the Tele-health Care System for elderly identifies service functions that meet its service demands. The model is created by applying Service Function Deployment methods, using Service Function Deployment matrix. Experts will exam and score; analyze and discuss the model, using the Service Function Deployment table, and provide follow-up service implementations, service staffing and trainings, and improvements of related soft & hardware system development.
