摘要註:	面對企業劇烈競爭，各企業無不竭盡可能的提高品質，降低成本，以達成顧客滿意，1980年美國蘇哈特博士發展出統計製成管制，日本田口玄一發明田口方法在企業界的成功施行及大舉獲利後全世界蔚為風尚；學界也紛紛投入分析與研究。因此本研究希望應用田口方法以專案改善製程而提昇產品品質。

In 1980 Dr. Shewhart of the US developed statistical process control, Taguchi of Japan invented the Taguchi method which were very successfully practiced throughout the industries and gained effectiveness thus became a trend in the world; Academies also vigorously put in works of analyzing and research. This research wishes to apply the Taguchi method to improve project process thus improving product quality. This research applies statistical process control and Taguchi method, improves the quality of Twist stopper parts, establish optimal processing parameters. Through our case, we inquire how hardware manufacture SME can use this method to acquire quality increase results and establish this method’s feasibility, using it as a reference for future manufacturers’ importation. We also wish to increase the quality of Twist stoppers which will as well increase the quality and production capacity of textile and gerontic garment industries.
