摘要註:	全球化經濟蓬勃發展，二氧化碳高度持續排放，嚴重造成地球暖化影響氣候，造成天災不斷，在環保意識抬頭，以及國人漸漸著重生活品質的影響下，自行車運用以及消費習慣，已因注重環保、健康、運動休閒風氣逐漸盛行因素，逐漸懂得要求或選擇綠能、低碳、無碳等運輸交通工具，因此，各企業不斷投入研發電動車、太陽能車、自行車等綠能環保產品，以維持其產業競爭力。另以觀光休閒產業發展為主的縣市政府，更積極推廣自行車觀光休閒旅遊，挹注經費規劃建置自行車專用車道，以其在環保議題逐漸受重視，吸引觀光客觀光休閒旅遊，以消費促進當地經濟繁榮並提升在地就業率。

With the awareness of global protection and the importance of life quality, the use of bikes and the consumers’ habits are beginning to change, focusing more on environmental protection, health, and the trend of recreational exercises. Gradually learning to choose eco-friendly and low carbon emission transportations. Therefore, a lot of companies are eager in researching and developing electric and solar powered vehicles; eco-friendly and environmentally protective products are made to keep the company competitive. Especially those counties that mainly rely on tourisms tend to invest more on popularizing the use of bikes, and the plans of building the bike lanes. At the same time trying to attract tourists and promote the locate economy and employment rate.This research used surveys and questionnaires to investigate the thesis, and focusing on Nantou County’s institution staffs and college students as examples. Wishing to have a better understanding of their usage of bikes and the consumer’s relationship, providing references to the bike industry and govern organizations. Hoping to advocate the concepts of raising life quality, environmental friendly, and pressure releasing ways.
