摘要註:	隨著高齡化社會的來臨，高齡者積極參與志願服務以獲得自我肯定與成長，並增進身心健康。本研究旨在瞭解南投縣高齡志工社會支持與幸福感的現況，及其不同背景變項間的差異情形，最後探討社會支持與幸福感之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法，以南投縣高齡志工為研究對象，採集群抽樣方式進行，發放問卷385份，有效問卷回收率95%，共取得有效樣本計366份。根據問卷填答結果，以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關，以及逐步多元迴歸等方法進行資料處理。研究結果發現：南投縣高齡志工社會支持整體情況良好，其中以「情緒支持」的感受程度最高，其次依序是「訊息支持」、「工具支持」；南投縣高齡志工幸福感情況也良好，各層面之得分高低依序為「生活樂趣」、「人際互動」、「情緒狀態」、「目標成就」，以「生活樂趣」的感受程度最高。在個人背景變項分析中，發現個人的健康狀況同時影響高齡志工的社會支持與幸福感；而教育程度、經濟狀況也會影響高齡志工的幸福感；研究者亦發現，高齡志工社會支持與幸福感各層面呈現顯著正相關，其中以「情緒支持」和「生活樂趣」相關性最高；而且高齡志工的社會支持能有效解釋幸福感，並以「訊息支持」和「情緒支持」對幸福感的預測最明顯。

The purpose of this study aimed to explore the actual situation between the support and sense of happiness for the aging volunteers in Nantou County, and the differences of variables within the different background; finally, investigate the relationship between the social support and sense of happiness. The study adopted the questionnaire survey and used the culster Sampling, based on the subjects of the aging volunteers in Nantou County. The grand total provided 385 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 366, and the effective questionnaire recycling a rate 95%. According to results of the questionnaire, the descriptive statistics, Independent-Simple T Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression Analysis analyzed data. The results of the study are as follows: the completely social support's situation within the aging volunteers from Nantou County is good, which is belonging to higher support. The sensitive degree of emotional support is the highest, the sensitive one of message support is the next, and the sensitive one of tool support is the last. Other than that, sense of happiness from Nantou County is also great; ranks from different sections are in the following: pleasure of life, interactions between each other, a state of emotions, and target fulfillment respectively. Among them, the sensitive degree of pleasure of life is the highest. The analysis of personal-background data found that personal healthy situation affects the social support and sense of happiness of the aging volunteers. In addition, educational level and income situation affects the feeling of happiness for the aging ones as well. The researcher also found out the aging volunteers show the positive correlation between the social support and sense of happiness, especially from the statistics of Pearson's R. Of them, emotional support and pleasure of life acquire the highest correlation; social support of the aging volunteers explains the sense of happiness effectively, and predicts feeling of happiness obviously by the message support and emotional support.
