摘要註:	在這篇文章，本文提出一個利用Kinect影像處理監測與無線傳輸技術，應用於復健系統的智慧型姿態平衡復健平台。過去復健部門僅利用人力手動或感測技術自動紀錄復健資料，隨著科技進步，運用資通訊技術來進行診療與照護，不僅可以改善人力不足，更提高數據之準確度。因此，透過無線傳輸方式將病患操作推拉箱、操作畫面、Kinect體感訊息和WiiFit感測資料傳送給復健師及病患，並將數據發送給伺服器儲存。當病患在復健操作時，復健師可以透過手持設備觀察病患操作器材設備是否有不當情況以做即時處理。資料庫提供醫師與復健師作復原分析及復建進度查詢，將來更可以透過行動資訊設備，於遠端提供家屬及相關醫療照顧單位人員的參考。

In the past, the rehabilitation data was input either by manual or automatic sensing technology. However, following by the technical progress, the technology of information communication has been widely applied on treatment and medical care. This not only solves the problem of manpower shortage, but also improves the data accuracy. Therefore, we proposed a rehabilitation system which will transmit the images and data from Kinect of how the patients operate the standing table, the front of operators, and WiiFit sensing data by wireless system to therapists and patients. The data will also be sent to servers and be saved. Furthermore, therapists are able to observe the operation of patents in order to avoid improper process via mobile devices. In addition, the database provides doctors and caregivers with information for recovery analyses and progress. In the future, the data can be accessed by family and care centers as a treatment reference from mobile devices remotely.
