隨著寬頻網路的普及,讓人們不再受環境牽制,隨時隨地可獲得所需資訊,2010電影「社群網戰Social Network」在台上映後,Facebook風潮一直不間斷,與手機搭載共享,成為大眾購買3C商品的主要訴求,也注入新的網路模式。由於Facebook使用人數急速竄升,已成為世界上最多使用者的社群網站,而且中高齡者用戶數也不斷成長,為了解影響中高齡者使用Facebook行為意向的因素,本研究目的運用科技接受模式探討中高齡者Facebook使用行為意向,以45歲以上之中高齡者為研究對象,透過問卷調查法,總計發放380份問卷,回收有效問卷為306份,使用結構方程模式進行研究模式適配度驗證。研究結果顯示認知有用性、認知易用性、知覺趣味性與自我形象對於中高齡者使用Facebook態度具有顯著的正向影響;並以認知有用性影響程度最高,自我形象次之。而認知易用性、態度對於中高齡者使用Facebook行為意向具有顯著的正向影響,以態度影響程度最高。整體而言中高齡者都認為使用Facebook對他們是有用的,且本研究模式適配度良好,可有效預測中高齡者使用Facebook行為意向。

With the popularity of high-speed Internet, so that people can obtain the desired information anytime, anywhere, especially after the 2010 film "Social Network" was launched. Facebook has been spread rapidly in the global network. The cell phone is equipped with shared Facebook and becomes the main demands of the public to buy 3C products. It also completely changes our lifestyle. Facebook users have grown rapidly and it has become largest social network in the world. In addition, the users of middle-aged and older people are also growing. In order to understand the factors affecting the behavioral intention of using Facebook, the purpose of this study was to use technology acceptance model to explore behavioral intention of the age of 45 and over.380 questionnaires were distributed and 306 questionnaires were valid. We used structural equation modeling to validate the research model fit. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness and self-image had a significant positive impact on attitude. The perceived usefulness was the highest influencing constructs, self-image, was second one. And perceived ease of use and attitude had a significant positive impact on behavioral intention, and attitude is the highest influencing construct. Facebook is useful for them and the goodness of fit of the research framework is also better enough to predict the behavioral intention of using Facebook.
