摘要註:	本研究是針對套筒衝擊疲勞之扭力性能測試，設計製作一台動態扭力試驗機，以取代以往人力手持氣動工具所進行之測試。本研究是以低成本自動化之觀念，整合機械設計與機電控制技術，開發出此扭力試驗機。此試驗機是以可程式邏輯控制器PLC作為系統控制器，透過觸控人機介面器與PLC雙向通訊，進行套筒衝擊性能測試之控制與測試數據之收集。通過企業使用證明，此動態扭力試驗機性能穩定，操作簡單，大大提升測試效率。此外，此動態扭力試驗機亦適合提供手持式動力扳手之衝擊扭力性能測試。

We can use it to substitute the human operators to conduct an impact test on sockets. Based on the concept of low-cost automation, the study is to develop a dynamic torque testing system integrated mechanical design and mechatronics technology. The system is controlled by a PLC controller with two-way communication between the touch screen and PLC. It can automatically test a socket for impact fatigue performance and test data collection. After enterprise trials, the tester performance is verified to be stable, easy to operate, and greatly improved test efficiency. It is also found that the tester can be developed to a feasible solution for the impact lifecycle test for the hand-held power torque wrench.
