摘要註:	「人生，是向死的存在」，西方哲學家海德格如是說。舊約聖經傳道書第三章節提到：「凡事都有定期，天下萬事都有定時。生有時，死有時。」雖然死亡是必然卻無常，但國人生性保守，對於「死」總是避而不談，就怕招來晦氣「一語成讖」，連帶預立遺囑也視為忌諱。但是逃避總會留遺憾。為了解中高齡者與高齡者預立遺囑行為意向，本研究以計畫行為理論為基礎，建立中高齡者與高齡者預立遺囑行為意向研究架構，探討影響中高齡者與高齡者預立遺囑行為意向因素。本研究採問卷調查法，以南投縣45歲以上之中高齡者與高齡者為研究對象，發放問卷411份，回收有效問卷390份，以AMOS 18.0進行研究模式適配度的驗證與分析。研究結果發現「預立遺囑態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」會顯著正向影響中高齡者與高齡者預立遺囑的行為意向，其中以態度的影響最高，知覺行為控制次之；此外「主觀規範」與「知覺行為控制」對中高齡者與高齡者的預立遺囑態度亦有顯著正向的影響；在干擾變項分析方面，性別在各構面間並無顯著干擾作用，而年齡則會對主觀規範影響行為意向、態度影響行為意向形成干擾；整體研究模型對中高齡者與高齡者預立遺囑行為意向的解釋力達到79%，表示此模型可以有效的預測並解釋中高齡者與高齡者的預立遺囑行為意向。

Death is inevitable and uncertain. People avoid talking about the topic of death. We are afraid that a careless word will turn into prophecy and fulfillment; even making a will is treated as a taboo. To investigate the intention of advance directives seniors, this study, based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), constructed its research structure on the intention of advance directives seniors, and explored the factors of influencing the intention of advance directives seniors. This study used questionnaires completed by seniors over 45 years old. 390 valid questionnaires were completed.They were verified and analyzed using AMOS 18.0 to find the research model fit.The study showed that “Attitude”, “Subjective Norm”, and “Perceived Behavioral Control” had a significant positive influence on the intention of advance directives seniors. Among these three factors, “Attitude” was the most influential and then “Perceived Behavioral Control” was the second most important. Furthermore, “Subjective Norm” and “Perceived Behavioral Control”had significant positive influences on the intentions of advance directives seniors. In the analysis of confounding variable, age in “Subjective Norm” had significant interferences on the intention of advance directives seniors, but sex had no significant interferences on each construct. The explanatory power of each model construct on the intention of advance directives seniors was up to 79%, which showed that this model could make a valid prediction and explain the intention of advance directives seniors.
