概要:	在台灣近年來交通建設日漸完善，城鄉差距縮短，以本研究之地區-草屯鎮來說，它位處南投縣內但鄰近台中、彰化市區，在中彰、中投快速道路，以及國道三號陸續開通之後，居民使用汽車往來台中、彰化日益頻繁，汽車已成為生活上不可或缺的交通工具，品牌及私人汽車修理保養廠四處林立，彼此之間競爭也日益激烈，各家廠商為鞏固客戶，勢必提供更多元的服務，以爭取客戶認同與信賴。此研究是在探討不同背景的消費者對於汽車修理保養廠的服務項目內容的感受差異，以「有形性」、「可靠性」、「回應性」、「保證性」、「同理心」五大構面切入分析研究，來了解不同背景的客戶群對於保養廠提供服務的感受差異和需求，藉以提供汽車修配場規劃服務內容的參考依據。

As far as the present research area-Caotun town is concerned, it is located within Nantou County but adjacent to Taichung and Changhua cities. After the development of Taichung-Changhua and Taichung-Nantou express highways and national number-three super highway, residents commuting between Taichung-Changhua become more frequent and private vehicles have become residents’ indespensible transportation tools. There are plenty of brand and private automobiles’ repair and maintenance shops everywhere. Due to the intensive competition between these shops, they must provide more diverse services to consolidate customers and attract customers’ recognition and trust.The present researches are to investigate the differences of quality perception of consumers with different backgrounds on the service content of automobiles’ repair and maintenance shops. In order to understand the demands and differences of quality perception of consumers with different backgrounds on the service provided by repair and maintenance shops, as well as to serve as references for the planning of automobiles' repair and maintenance shops' service contents, five major items including tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are analyzed and investigated .
