概要:	高齡化社會來臨，在延年益壽之餘，如何幸福快樂安享晚年，應該是多數人的目標。老人福利服務更加顯著迫切及重要，因此政府應積極研訂高齡化社會對策。本研究是以南彰化六鄉鎮為例，包含田尾鄉、溪州鄉、埤頭鄉、北斗鎮、田中鎮、二林鎮。本研究採問卷調查「南彰化中高齡者退休休閒生活調查問卷」，依研究目的需要，徵求阮慧娟老師同意，參考引用2009年所設訂「南投縣退休銀髮族休閒生活調查問卷」作為研究工具，進行資料收集，其問卷內容共分兩部份，第一部份為基本資料，第二部份為休閒生活參與類型。將收集回收的問卷，利用SPSS 12分析軟體將有效問卷量化後進行分析，經過分析獲得的結論為：（1）南彰化退休中高齡者所從事休閒活動以居家休閒為主；其次運動休閒類、宗教活動類。（2）南彰化退休中高齡者參與休閒活動項目最多的是『看電視』；其次是泡茶、聊天和散步。（3）南彰化退休中高齡者因性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、居住地區、教育程度、可支配運用之零用金額、休閒金額來源、健康狀況等不同其參與休閒活動、有顯著差異。（4）南彰化退休中高齡者參與休閒生活類型中，以學習休閒類和服務休閒類存在城鄉差距。

Welfare services significantly more urgent and important, so the government should actively study provides an aging society countermeasures. This study is an example south of Changhua six towns , including Tianwei Township , Xizhou Township , Pitou Township , Beidou Township , Tanaka town , Erlin .This study used questionnaires " in southern Changhua elderly retirement leisure life questionnaire " , according to research purposes need to seek Ruanhui Juan teachers agree that references custom set 2009 years " retired seniors Nantou leisure life questionnaire " as a research tool , data collection , the questionnaire is divided into two parts , the first part of the basic information , the second part of leisure participation types. Returned questionnaires will be collected , analyzed the use of SPSS 12 software will be valid questionnaires were analyzed to quantify , through analysis of the conclusions obtained are as follows:（1）A South Changhua retired elderly are engaged in recreational activities at home leisure-oriented ; secondly leisure class , religious activities category.（2）Second, the largest in the southern Changhua retired elderly participation in leisure activities is " watching TV " ; followed by tea , chatting and walking.（3）Third, in the south of Changhua elderly retired due to gender, age, marital status , area of residence , education level, the use of disposable petty amount , the amount of the source of leisure ,health condition of its participation in different leisure activities, there are significant differences .（4）Fourth, South Changhua retired elderly to participate in leisure types, in order to learn the leisure class and urban-rural gap exists leisure services .
