應用服務體驗洞察法於銀髮族手杖使用之功能需求探討

摘要註:	高齡化是全球趨勢，人一旦進入老年後，身體平衡及下肢行動能力下降而容易意外跌倒，此時手杖可幫助行走時更加穩定及安全，生活過得更舒適便利。然而產品的設計講求以顧客為導向，真正符合老年人的需求為主，故除了功能性設計外，更要以感性工程角度來思考老人體驗手杖後的心理感受，以發掘老年人潛在的真正需求和服務缺口為何。本研究採用資策會創新應用服務研究所於2008年研發之「服務體驗工程方法，SEE」的理論架構，從使用者觀點以體驗觀察及訪談的方式實施服務體驗脈絡洞察，再以五大彙整模型：互動模型、序列模型、工具器物模型、文化模型、實體模型，針對銀髮族手杖使用的潛在需求進行分析。本研究結果如下：（1）藉由SEE方法的體驗洞察，可找出使用者的真正需求與阻礙。（2）歸納出最切合銀髮族手杖使用的服務需求與契機有：A.視力差、雙手不靈活者需協助。B.手杖的功能改善與增加。C.手杖使用環境的設置及擺放位置的合適性。D.偏向購買低價位，建議由政府納入老人補助項目等四項。本研究以服務體驗洞察評估手杖使用需求，一方面可更深入探討使用者體驗感受之本質；另一方面以此檢視目前提供之服務與功能，以找出使用者需求及隱藏的服務契機。

Aging people fall easily due to weak balance and feeble action ability. Walking sticks help them walk with more stability and caution. The product design of the walking sticks is supposed to be customer-oriented, meeting the needs of the elderly. In addition to the function, the psychological feelings after experiencing the sticks should be pondered in the aspect of Kansei Engineering to explore the potential needs and discover the service gap.This study introduces Service Experience Engineering (SEE), developed by the Innovative DigiTech-Enabled Applications & Services Institute (IDEAS) in 2008, as the framework, penetrating into the service experience context from the user's point of view with the methods of experience observation and interviews and analyzing in accordance with the potential demands for senior staff use on the basis of the Five consolidated models: Consolidated Flow Model, Consolidated Sequence Model, Consolidated Artifact Model, Consolidated Cultural Model, and Consolidated Physical Model.The results of this study are as follows:（I）Poor eyesight,his hands are not flexible are required to assist.（II）Functional improvement and increased cane.（III）Appropriateness of cane environment settings and placement of.（IV）Tend to buy low-cost, recommended by the government into the old subsidy program.The study is to access the demand of cane by Service experience context,on one hand, users' experience can be approached for further study and trying to find the users' demands and uncover the hidden service opporturity of cane on the other.
