「五倫教育」對中高齡學員日常生活之影響

摘要註:	當今的社會問題中有一部份源自家庭的問題，在家庭問題中，不管是夫妻或親子關係的衝突，都會直接或間接影響到家中長輩。因此，家庭的和諧與否，對年長成員身心健康的影響，可說極為重要。若要改變社會則要先從改變家庭做起，因為家庭是構成社會的最小單位，而要改變家庭最快的方法當為發揚我固有優良傳統----五倫教育。本研究首先以「質性研究」的方式來整體性的瞭解「古聖先賢的五倫思想脈絡」，再透過「文獻資料分析」以深入探討五倫對現今社會之重要性，之後筆者編寫成五週教育課程，以「實驗研究法」及「資料分析」的方式，進行中高齡學員接受五倫教育後對其日常生活影響成效之研究，兩班班員的上課內容及教學時數皆一致，而教學者亦為筆者本身。本研究結果如下：（1）班員對課程的滿意度並無因背景變相不同而有分別，平均數皆為中上，介於「非常同意」與「同意」之間。（2）從教學現場觀察，班員於整個教學活動中都能表現極大興趣及感動，皆能投入教學情境當中。（3）五倫課程對中高齡學員的日常生活影響呈現極大正面成效，尤其在「夫妻相處」上更為明顯。

Various sorts of conflicts, either those between spouses, brothers and sisters, or different generations, might cause adverse influences on elders in many ways, be they overt or insidious. To say the least, a fair rapport between family members plays a crucial role in general health maintenance of our elders.I propose the hypothesis that restoring innate ethical functions of family by way of education would be conducive to family well-being, thereby indirectly diminish existing social problems. At first, this research is by the mode of qualitative research to entirely understand “five-ethic thoughts” from ancient, wise philosophers; and further, through documentary and informational analysis to deeply explore the importance of five ethics to modern society. After that, the writer edited education programs into five weeks, by the modes of experimental research and informational analysis to make a study of middle-age students who accepted five ethical education programs and the impacts on their daily lives. There are two classes as the objects of study, the teaching programs and hours are the same for the learners and the teacher is the writer himself.The results reveal that (1) There exists a consistently high degree of satisfaction about the effect of the courses among our members, irrespective of their diverse family backgrounds (2) On-the-spot feedback observations made by the lecturers report that not only are our members highly motivated in the classroom, but they also exhibit considerable enthusiasm in those simulated, role-playing circumstances. (3) In conclusion, educational approaches aiming to promote traditional ethical values demonstrate remarkable positive influence on participants' everyday life, especially in improving marital relationship.
