高齡化是21世紀全球共同面對的議題，台灣於1993年老人人口佔總人口數7%，已達到聯合國衛生組織所訂定的7%高齡化社會標準，進入「高齡化社會」。休閒活動使高齡者找到生活重心及與自我滿足。但高齡者常因多項阻礙，影響其參與休閒活動的意願或態度。本研究旨在探討南投市高齡族群從事休閒活動之阻礙因素。以一對一訪談方式，搜集有效問卷249份，以SPSS18為統計工具，以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜相關係數，分析高齡族群背景與休閒活動阻礙因素三大構面（個人內在阻礙、人際間阻礙、結構性阻礙）之間的相關性。研究結果：個人內在阻礙構面，高齡族群的性別、年齡等會受天氣因素影響參加意願及因為怕受傷影響參加意願，呈現低度正相關。人際間阻礙構面，高齡族群的性別、健康狀況等會因共同參與同伴居住遠、近及因本身不喜歡休閒活動影響參加意願，呈現低度正相關。結構性阻礙構面，高齡族群的性別、年齡、職業狀況、健康狀況、居住狀況等會因休閒活動時間與家人相聚衝突、身心機能退化，休閒活動場地設備費用太高，缺乏足夠的金錢、資訊產品操作複雜、使用資訊產品經驗不足、場地簡陋設備不夠安全、休閒活動場地交通不便利，呈現顯著低度正相關。針對南投市高齡族群未來從事休閒活動之阻礙因素有具體的結果，可做為改善之道及未來施政提升高齡族群從事休閒活動之參考價值。The elderly population of Taiwan in 1993 has reached the WHO 7-percent standard ageing society. Leisure activities lead the elderly to self-satisfaction. Many constraints affect their willingness or attitudes to participate in leisure activities. This study aimed to investigate the elderly in Nantou in leisure activities impediments. By one-to-one interviews with 249 valid questionnaires copies collected and SPSS18 statistical tools to descriptive statistics, the number of single-factor analysis of variance and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis of elderly ethnic background and leisure activities impediments divided into three dimensions (the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and structural constraints). The findings are as followed: intrapersonal constraints (older adults’ gender and age) and willingness to participate in leisure activities (the weather and fear of injury) have a low positive correlation. Interpersonal constraints (gender and health) and participate (in the companion living far and near, and their dislike of leisure activities) have a low positive correlation. Intrapersonal constraints (gender, age, employment status, health status, living conditions, mental and physical performance degradation) and structural constraints (too high leisure venues equipment costs, the lack of enough money, complicated products, lack of product experience, inadequate safety equipment shabby venues, inconvenient leisure venues traffic would affect willingness to participate in leisure activities) have significant low positive correlation. The result of this study can be used as improvements and futre policy-making on older adults' leisure activities in Nantou City. |
