摘要註:	近年，因為科技進步，不僅提升生活的水平且帶來許多便利性，同時，資訊產品也改變了人類的生活型態，透過科技能方便且快速的交換及瀏覽資訊，增加許多生活便利性；但現今資訊產品大多以年輕人為主要消費族群，而忽略了高齡者對於新科技的需求，造成高齡者在使用資訊產品會發生許多困難；然而，現今也有專為高齡者設計較為簡單操作的資訊產品，來因應高齡者的需求，但這樣專為高齡者設計的資訊產品畢竟為少數；相對的，大多數的產品還是專為一般年輕族群的需求做為設計導向，故會增加許多複雜的功能在產品本身上；此時，若是高齡者要操作使用時，即會發生操作上的困難與問題。本研究目的在探討高齡者在學習操作資訊科技產品的學習動機及使用性評估，藉由此訪談過程了解高齡者在學習資訊科技產品後，對於生活上的需求與期待，了解學習使用資訊科技產品後對生活上的改變。在學習動機部分，高齡者會因為有所需求而主動參與學習，學習過程當中，與家人互動會更加親密，進一步得到自我歸屬感，高齡者熟悉平板電腦操作後，會更有興趣去使用產品串聯生活網路；透過使用性評估發現，現今平板電腦因設計人員為年輕族群，高齡者會以過去使用傳統手機的經驗，來使用現今資訊科技產品，而發生操作困難，但經過教學後高齡者皆能輕易上手。

Technology is now closely linked with daily life, while IT products also have changed the lifestyle of mankind and have enhanced our quality of life. However, most of 3C products are designed to meet the needs of young people and while always ignore the needs of the elderly using new technological products. Thus, the older people using these products still face many difficulties. However, nowadays some products were specially designed for the elderly to meet their needs. These products accounted for small parts of the whole related products. In contrast, most of the products always increased the complex functions and were designed for the younger generation. If the older people would like to use these products, they will face operational problems. Now the older people have become more common use of information products, how to give appropriate training for them is critical. The purpose of the study is to investigate the learning motivation and usability assessment of Tablet PC. The study selected an older people aged 80 as a research subject. The results showed the subject was active to participate in learning Tablet PC and perceived Tablet PC is useful to interact with the family member and kept their relationship more close and obtained the self-belonging. When the subject was familiar with the Tablet PC functions, he was more interested to use the product and build their social network. The usability assessment found the tablet PCs was designed to be youngers-centered, the subject always followed the learning experience of traditional phones and then used modern information technology products. He would face the operational difficulties and operate it easily after teaching.
