獨居老人使用緊急救援系統之意向

摘要註:	行政院主計處2013年資料顯示，從1993年起我國65歲以上的老年人占總人口7.09%，至2013年底65歲以上占總人口11.56%。相對著，老人中獨居老人的人口數為47,255人佔總人口比例的1.87％，因此獨居老人成為當前重要的老人問題。本研究為探討獨居老人使用緊急救援系統之意向，以問卷調查法透過進行問卷訪談，調查對象是彰化縣及南投縣裝置緊急救援服務系統的獨居老人（六十五歲以上，獨自居住），研究統計工具以SPSS 12.0視窗版，運用平均值、標準差、次數分配、百分比、F檢定、Pearson檢定及迴歸分析等方法。問卷共發放250份，回收240份，回收率為96%。其中無效問卷7份，所以可供統計分析之有效問卷為233份。其研究結果顯示，從個人基本資料的統計結果看來，獨居長者都認為緊急救援系統對於日常生活是有幫助的，且操作容易，並不排斥也有很高的意願來繼續使用。研究結果發現認知有用性、認知易用性、使用態度及使用意願各構面之相關性達顯著水準且呈現中度以上正相關，且整體研究模式驗證良好，總解釋變異量達76％，表示可有效預測及解釋獨居老人使用緊急救援系統之行為意向。

In the same time the number of elderly people living alone were 47,255(1.87%), it has become a serious problem currently. This purpose of the study is to investigate the intention of elderly people living alone using the healthcare system. Questionnaires were designed and distributed in Changhua County and Nantou County. SPSS12.0 for windows version was used to analyze mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, F test, Pearson test and regression analysis. 250 Questionnaires were returned and 233 of them were valid. The results showed the older people living alone considered telehealthcare system is helpful for their daily life, and easy to use, and they have a strong intention to use. In this study, the correlation is significantly positive among perceived usefulness, perceived ease, attitude and intention. The total explainatory power of the research model reached 76%. It can predict effectively and explain behavioral intention for using telehealthcare system among older people living alone.
